I have literally so many super-long depressing bishop comics so I decided to just do a two-panel one to get back in the swing of finishing these.
In my AU comic I think I mentioned once before, shamura kinda compulsively writes down absolutely everything they do, interviews other deities and amasses this like huge collection of stories and people and events. In a literal sense, they're the god of war but they kinda asserted themself as the god of knowledge through providing accounts of everything they witnessed over the ~100,000 years they were alive. Plus when their journals got rewritten into storybooks by their scribes, it made for good material to teach the kids to read/write. So when they get their dome smashed they forget most of it, and the three remaining siblings go through their writings to retell them stories and distract them from chronic pain? Sometimes Shamura remembers they were the main character of the stories, sometimes they don't, but they always enjoy the company when they're stuck in bed. And also, the plot twist of "it was you the whole time!" doesn't get old when you forget it happens every time

I am currently DMing a campaign for a school club, and I’ve made the villain a creepy ass cult (they haven’t figured it out, even though they were offered 200goldpieces each), and I decided to put Xenk the paladin in session one (and made he more queercoded), and THEY FUCKING FOUND HIM SUSPICIOUS!!! Bro, he’s just autistic and traumatised.

Find Matt and an unknown man talking about it
Unidentified man: his husband Teldon.
Matt tells us we are in a loop. Only remember it, but actions have not happened yet. Happens when we sleep??
Elberos makes 20 tacos in 5 minutes.
A cult called Xenk - in the town, worships 'the one who waits'. Stolethe village - the reason why Matt has no family.
Matt offers something to help or memories. A potion.
The daughter (preteen) has a necklace that makes her invisible/unknown to the senses.
Elberos does a backflip (successfully)
We drink the potion, but Elberos drink too much and pass out. We tried to wake him, but he wouldn’t.
decide to stay up past midnight - test theory about resetting at 12pm.
We got to the tavern and ordered food - The man in the red cloak (snail?) has already paid the exact amount. (Again)
3 people sitting off to the side - joined by Matt Teldon and their daughter.
Matt?? I think is not eating food.
Food could possibly be resetting thing.
They still haven’t figure out that the NPCs are based off of the D&D movie characters. Also, the town name is Gallifae. The One Who Waits is based off the one who waits/

Intrigued on how you would do it, he let you.
He almost immediately melted into your touch, and you could see his branches start to wiggle a bit.
Petting him on the top of his head, the 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣 could noticably start to blink more.
The 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣 also started to have a slight hint of red tinting the sides, almost as if it were blushing.
Petting him under his "chin", would cause him to completely melt in your hands.
Keep that in mind.
If he ever gets angry, well, too angry, just give him scritches and he's putty.
𝐇𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐭
Oddly, it flusters her the moment you bring it up.
She's hesitant, and her blush never leaves, but she allows you.
The 𝙔𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣'𝙨 eye seems to widen, and seems to stop blinking.
It also seems to get slightly redder at the sides.
Either way you pet her, whether on her head, or under her chin;
Heket seems to get extremely flustered, and her eyes seem to look anywhere but you.
Although, to you, it's obvious she loves it.
𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫
Kallamar immediately lets you.
As consistently anxious as he is, he trusts you.
Completely.
When you pet his head, the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣'𝙨 eye softens, and it has a slight aura.
The aura seems as though it's smiling.
Kallamar loves it, he nestles into your touch, and peppers soft kisses to the inside of your forearm.
Well, if you're alone.
He has a facade to maintain, y'know?
If it's under the chin, he seems to act as Leshy does, melting into your touch and is basically putty.
𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚
You ask them while they're reading in their study.
Shamura cocks their head, but ultimately lets you.
"𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭?" They'll question, letting out a small chuckle.
Afterward, you pet them
And immediately, they're putty.
They actually fall over.
like onto the floor.
You both laugh about it, but you pet them again, and they just melt into the floor.
Needless to say, it's their weakness

He would immediately say no
A small hiss erupted from his throat as he said so.
After consistent and constant begging, be finally let you.
He purred, immediately.
His eyes became half-lidded as he nuzzled into your touch and nibbled at your hand lightly.
He'd lose his footing a few times, but unlike Shamura, he wouldn't fall onto the floor.
He would blink kind of like a frog, despite his half-lidded eyes.
𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐨
A gentle smile would appear across Haro's beak.
They would kneel down slightly, letting you pet them.
No matter which way you pet them:
Their feathers would fluff out.
And underneath their cloak, you could notice their wings start to flap slightly
Not enough to fly, let alone hover, but just flapping slightly.
"𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐭𝐡? 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐞 𝐟'𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬." (Is this alright, love? I thank you for the affections.)
They would hum, gentle and spaced purrs erupting from them.
𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫
It would huff, shaking it's head.
Both in disappointment and flusteredness.
It would mostly be flustered by the fact that it... didn't have any clue what you were asking.
But inevitably, it would let you.
It would shift one of it's eyes into lips and softly peck your brow.
The petting wouldn't really affect them, but they did like it.
Considering that it was a form of affection, it obviously liked it.
Well, it only liked affection from you, which is a plus, i guess.

Narinder on catnip is... something else.
To put it simply.
He will consistently meow.
In general, he rarely meows and is pretty ashamed of it.
But on catnip, he's meowing 24/7, he doesn't shut up.
For some reason, the affect lasts longer on him than the average cat.
He's constantly rubbing his cheeks against people (people he knows)
If you don't know, cats have scent glands in their cheeks, when they rub their cheeks against you or an object, that's their way of marking their territory.
He often does it against the other bishops, which they're oddly often fine with (even after they've all become followers).
It tends to make Shamura tear up, when they become a follower.
Because after everything that happened, it makes them so happy that Narinder has kept some of his old ways.
Especially one of his old affectionate habits.
The rest of the bishops always seem happy when he does this.
Except for Heket, for some reason she has no reaction.
Well, outward reaction.
Inwardly, she's happy, but she's also kind of mad.
In the sense of "who the fuck gave him catnip again"
and that brings us to this;
Narinder has an IQ of 1, when on catnip.
He can still speak, sure.
But he will literally make up random words and random shit in general.
He also tends to take naps on the random rooftops
He doesn't remember any of it though.
He also can't walk in a straight line and gets scared by his own shadow.
