The mountains stand as mighty, enduring testaments to the passage of time. Their peaks pierce the heavens and their slopes stretch into the valleys below, reminding us of the enormity of the world and our place within it. In the presence of these colossal, ancient structures, one cannot help but feel small and insignificant, as if an ant in the face of a towering skyscraper. One cannot help but marvel at their sheer existence, as if these silent, powerful giants have been here since the beginning of time itself.
My little kitten is so pretty❤️🩹

Looking at how the branches of the same tree change throughout the year, I come across the following thought. Nature, with its eternal cycle of shedding leaves and bringing new growth, offers a powerful and timeless metaphor for the fleeting nature of life. Just as the leaves of trees fall and dance upon the earth, only to be followed by vibrant, new life in the form of fresh foliage, so too do our experiences and memories change and transform over time. In this cycle, we are reminded that, in the grand scheme of things, the worst of times inevitably pass, making way for the renewal and promise of new beginnings. Isn't that right?

I wish i lived by the forest again. To just sit in nature. Some of my best memories was running into the woods and being whoever we wanted in the trees and ruins. A safe place where i could be alone, and never bothered.
I cant get over how amazing this looks !
a piece of heaven on earth
. . . .
I am convinced that the universe, knowing that I only have two weeks left before I go back to college, has decided to make those last two weeks an absolute living hell.
Then again, I see really pretty nights like this and I feel a lot better.
the cost of a happy ending

this page broke my heart so i drew it through tears💪 designs heavily based on @warriorsproject `s rootspring and tree designs
A deciduous wood that changes distinctly in each season. From pastels in spring with vibrant flowers, to a deep green in summer, to shades of yellows, oranges, reds and browns in fall, finally to dark tree trunks contrasted in frosty white snow. All throughout the year, fireflies can be seen dancing and weaving through the trees at night fall, creating a beautiful display.
This is the clearing where Theodore and I sit and watch said fireflies.
