Brimhat OC guy???
I've been thinking about creating a witch hat OC for some time now, specifically a brimhat because i just love their designs so much????
being the predictable bitch i am, i've taken inspiration in crows to design him, and then I thought hey.... what if he just like Sasaran.....
i like me some birb leggos! aaaand then i ruined it with thoughts™ and gave him an ex lover and a teensy weensy of a backstory
[brimhat dude is the one with braids] both are witches :}
I'll probably go through a lot more designs and think better about his backstory and relationship, and also why he became a brimhat??? but im pretty happy with how things are looking rn

Hi I really really love your comic, I was really sad to see it at like 8 notes for a while but then I woke up one morning and it was 300+ which I was super happy to see, you deserve it! Your art is so pretty and their expressions are so good and I just keep going back to look at it, it's so so good! I really wanna learn more about the characters and story! ANYWAYS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE KIND WORDS-- it makes me so happy to know all of this! That was my first comic ever and I was very insecure about starting it, but I'm very proud of how it came out--
About the story, it's a little something I came up with my best friend and we're actually still brainstorming it. We've never finished it because we both got into university and have no time whatsoever, but literally yesterday I started rewriting some ideas and coming up with others, which I think may be something *wink wonk*. The main plot is about a band of friends that live in a small town, far from everything and, at some point, lose their guitarist to some weird, inexplicable incident. They try to bring him back to life but end up only causing chaos ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿
Here are some concepts I made from all of the characters + a comic cover I did for funsies
Here, in order are: Gustav (he/him, dead guitarist); Darcy (He/They, keyboards); Presley (He/Him, séance, vocals and bass) and Nerris (She/Her, drums).
And Presley's first concept/ comic book cover concept.
He was supposed to wear a mask and be way cooler before, now he's just a awkward pole man that sees the spirit of his grandma when he's trying to shower (which i like way better, let's face it)

I like to think the time line of my characters take place in the same universe
Like yeah some camp volunteer and counsellor just found someone in captivity of some aliens at a cave while a raging storm is going on,
A well known electrician just fcking vanished for some reason and has been missing for 10 months while he went shopping,
A high school teacher is desperately trying to figure out how to get rid of her stupid powers without killing herself,
And a gaggle of high schoolers, doing stupid teenager stuff.
I love my imaginary universe :D

I'm planning more art with all four characters with masks that personify their character, behavior, etc.
They don't worship gods or anything like that
they're just a group of wanderers who sing songs for the amusement of the crowd
