Captain ‘Witch’ Wheeler. Privateer for SUN-RA Tradeing Co. Captain of Cyclops 8, a fusion powered super-plane that’s based in the Venus cloud tops. Sabotaging fuel carriers, and protecting populous balloon cities in the high wind belts.
