For a few months now I've been thinking about my SP all the time, so much so that I can only find people with his name đ it's crazy, I even think I saw him outside this morning!!!
in islam, we are told to share our desires with god by praying (and ofc not to self-proclaim god). However, in the law of assumption, the fact is that we have our desires instantly in our imagination and that we live in the end by not caring about them anymore. this leads to not wanting to "ask" for this desire anymore, which is contradictory.
Here is my solution : i decided to separate my desires into two categories ; IMPORTANT desires to ask for and futile desires that are only for the purpose of satisfaction.
â ËïœĄâàšà§Ë
âËàŹȘâč Desires to ask for :: â everything concerning my health and my 5 senses (pains, etc.) â my goals for the future or my studies â wishes and blessings for others â desires concerning the near future, asking that an event goes well â what concerns my 3d â desires beneficial to me/my entourage on religion
âËàŹȘâč Desires in my 4d :: â what concerns my 4d â futile desires for the purpose of fulfillment â "selfish"/superficial desires (body, clothes) â scenarios â etc.
my imagination does not disturb anything or anyone! I can do what I want there. I already have what I want and I feel good there, that ain't my problem if it materializes in my 3d. they are not even desires anymore, actually đ
hope this helped ! looovee
yo, remember that the only difference between the 3d and the 4d is that the 3d makes us feel physically with our senses. hey, that's nothing, why would this make the 3d more real than the 4d? we literally are awareness. it's beacause of myself i'm feeling senses, that means nothing.
my wr is so random that in one step you can find yourself in a giant clothing store while you were in the Howl's Moving Castle meadows đ
Okay I think I finally understand it. I need to quit wondering how and when and just ALLOW. The logical side of my brain keeps asking "How? I need to know" but that's the part that holds me back. Sometimes we don't need to ask questions about how and when and just "allow". Allow ourselves and our subconsciousness to do something that comes so naturally to us. Two of my close friends (Kay and Janique - Love you guys<3) I've made through shifting (they both have shifted) have told me multiple times I just need to "let go and flow". I have done so much research outside of social media, I have learned and grown through my journey. And with this post I've now realized that if I would shift through "inducing a shifting it would've already happened." I don't need to assume my research will allow me to shift and quite frankly I don't need to. It is something I already do and yes while I lean more towards the Law of Assumption rather than Law of Attraction, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TRY TO SHIFT. I have gotten to the point where I'm tired. Tired of the work, putting in effort, and tired of hoping. I am deciding right now after almost 5 years of trying I'm disconnecting myself from the outcome because it will happen and I'm tired of putting limitations on myself. I have been in this "Waiting mode" for the longest time and that just continues for me to wait because like I said it's something I can already do and something I can access. But in this waiting state it's keeping me there. I know some of this is kinda repetitive but this is all a jumbled mess so sorry for that but I really hope this helps others out there.
How To Finally Shift If Youâve Been Trying For 2+ Years
â ïž Little warning before we begin: donât get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but thatâs not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think âOh, Iâm definitely going to shift to my DR now!â
Having said that:
If youâve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etcâ€and you still havenât shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe itâs time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And Iâll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, donât you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. Youâve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yet⊠you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
âŠTrying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
âBut Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!â
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isnât for you. Iâm not talking to you.
Iâm talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And thatâs a good thing.
Youâve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. Youâve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that itâs already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. Itâs done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the âmaking yourself shiftâ process.
âOh my god, sheâs going to tell me to take a break.â
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But letâs be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
âOh no, sheâs going to tell me to do nothing at all.â
Once again, you thought.
Instead, youâre going to capitalize on the fact that youâve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shiftâŠ
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcomeâŠ
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You donât need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy itâbut instead of doing it with the intention to shift, youâre doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean youâre lying there thinking, âOkay, this is going to make me shift.â
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And Iâll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. Thatâs it.
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most werenât just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. Thatâs why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like youâre in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, thereâs no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And thatâs when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
When you feel something strongly but arenât clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: âNo, I canât do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I donât want to shift anymore!â
Me:
*As always, take what resonates, discard what doesnât, because weâre all different people who need to hear different things :)
shifting simplified ŚášâŠ
(using the law of assumption)
â first and foremost; reality shifting happens in the mind because reality itself is built by your mind.
let me give you an analogy:
think of shifting like switching tv channels. each and every tv channel represents a different reality. all these channels exist at the same time but youâre only experiencing the one youâre âtuned intoâ, that doesnât mean the rest of them donât exist. just because youâre broadcasting one channel (your cr) doesnât mean the others stop broadcasting (your drâs). so what is it that you do? you grab the remote and change the channel.
âso how do i use the loa to shift?â
in short:
â 1. decide where you want to shift to
â 2. acknowledge but ignore the 3d. youâre probably thinking âwtf is this bitch talking about?â let me explain. be aware of your cr without denying or resisting it, realize that 3d = past assumptions. itâs not your reality, itâs not your ultimate truth so donât throw a tantrum and let it affect you. yeah the 3d is showing you that youâre in your cr but it literally does not matter, if youâre in your dr in the 4d the 3d has no other option but to conform. you are in your dr.
â 3. live in your imagination & persist. the 4d â your thoughts, your feelings, your assumptions, itâs the only thing that matters. donât let the 3d fool you because like i said 3d = past assumptions. focus on the 4d and trust that that is your reality, donât give the 3d the power that it craves bc its a needy ass bitchâŠ
congratulations, i bow to you, you have shifted
ă your dr is already there, and itâs waiting for you to tune in ă
Hello, I'm new to this app and the community too. I have some questions and I really see you as someone who can help me... That is, if you want to.
Lately in the last two months I've been feeling closer than ever to having the "click" to change my perception. I know a lot of things, but I prefer to just follow the simple. Just... I know my doctor is with me, I visualize/imagine myself "there", I imagine many things. I also know that dreams and imagination itself are also forms of shifting. It's just... This thing with perception really bothers me internally, but I try not to pay too much attention to it so as not to give the boost that this negative feeling wants. Keep faking it until you don't have too, right? That's what I do. I just need to talk about it. I'm having doubts whether I should just persist in what I already do and eventually the perception will finally change. I don't know if by "forcing" it so much I'm maybe grounding myself here or if this only happens if I think it can happen...
"Yesterday" I visualized it quite a bit, with great intensity i think. At a moment when I didn't realize it, I ended up falling asleep out of nowhere... Like a blackout, but I woke up in the cr... I woke up confused, it seemed like a lot of time had passed and it really had!!! I was listening to an audio about my dr. I think the audio itself helped me "feel" it more. I'm not sure how much time passed when I started but when I woke up suddenly the audio was already at the end. I'm sure I shifted and I'm sure I've shifted to two other realities. I literally have the confirmation of that. The problem is that I never seem to be able to stay "awake" to see everything, you know? I mean, if I'm "there" it seems like everything goes black or I forget everything. I don't know if it has something to do with perception or if I'm having a blackout wave. I don't know how to make it stop so I can stay "awake there". I really feel like I'm shifting, but I'm having trouble staying awake there and experiencing it all.
omg this is my first ask this is so exciting, iâd love to help you!
like you said, its better to stick to the âsimpleâ which is what you already know, just try not to overstimulate your brain with too much knowledge because thatâs what creates resistance.
let me give you two examples to show you what i mean when i say âthe simple is what you already knowâ
1. when youre not trying to shift to your dr and you go to bed at night you dont count down from 100, you dont try to stay still, you dont set an intention, or maybe you do, my point is that youâre not ACTIVELY trying to shift â you still do though. youâre still going to wake up in your cr whether you do everything i mentioned or not, because you just know you will. thats the attitude you need to have when shifting to your dr and i know itâs hard but if you have to practice anything then iâd say itâs that, rather than setting an intention etc
2. you know how when youâre in your dr all you need to do to is think of your cr or say your safeword and you shift back immediately? why cant that happen vise versa? well, it can, you just have to decide that that you can shift to your dr as fast as you leave your dr.
i know a lot of us have a hard time believing that weâre in our drâs but the good thing is, you dont have to! you can acknowledge your 3d of course, you dont have to act delusional and pretend youâre in your dr because we know that 3d = past assumptions.
the key here is to remind yourself that the 4d â your thoughts, your feelings and assumptions, THATâS your reality. acknowledge your 3d and dont get affected by it, since thatâs the result of your old assumptions, right? persist in aligning your assumptions with your dr no matter what the 3d is showing you!
now let me answer your question,
you dont have to stay awake to feel the shift happen, as long as you truly feel it, imagine it, believe it, it WILL happen whether youâre awake or asleep. if you adopt that mindset it will become a lot easier for you because once again youâre the one who makes the rules. some people say before they shifted they experienced what you said you experienced, others simply close their eyes and wake up there, donât force the shift to happen in the way you want it to because no one knows how it will happen!
this was a bit rushed but i hope i answered your questions and helped even a little bit. feel free to message me if you want clarification on something đ€ and ofc you dont have to apply everything i said, you can take anything you want from this, im only speaking from experience
alright, listen up and hear me loud and clear. stop holding yourself back, stop consuming so much media to the point where you overwhelm your brain. you really think that you have to do sooo many things or think a certain way in order to shift? really?? youâre creating unrealistic expectations and making shifting something that its not. before you knew of the term you were still doing it, you didnât need methods, subliminals etc, so why do you think you need them to shift now? bc youâre shifting to a fictional place? bc it seems too good to be true? bs. that reality you want to shift to is as real and as important as the one youâre in rn.
â what to do; imma hold your hand when i say this because i really donât think most of you understand how important this is.. take. a. break. take a break and START OVER, really start over, unlearn everything. if you would just stop persisting on something that clearly doesnât work for you and youâd focus on what shifting ACTUALLY is and not what youâve made it out to be in your head you would have already shifted.
why do you think those who know nothing about shifting and arenât even really interested in it (we all know someone like that), succeeded on their first try? maybe because they didnât freak out about the âhowâ and âwhenâ or maybe because they didnât research for information on every platform that exists..
i took a year long break (not saying you have to as well) and it honestly helped so much. i have created a new mindset after 3 years of trying and at that point i was tired of knowing so much about this topic yet still âfailingâ every time, so i looked for ways i could make it easier for myself. after i sat down and thought of what the ideal way to shift would be for me, i tried shifting once after that break without having any expectations and felt closer than ever to my dr.
im sure youâve heard this a bunch of times but i donât think youâre really listening. shifting is a personal journey, what works for others may not work for you. discover what aligns with you and apply that. stop listening to what others do that help them shift and taking it for granted. yes you can get inspired by them but please remind yourself that all you truly need to shift is your brain, it really is that simple. âbut iâve tried everything, nothing worksâ okay, youâve tried everything, so how does trying absolutely nothing sound to you? pretty exciting huh? no method is the best method and i stand by that.
shifting is in your hands
what r u doing on tumblr. Go shift dweeb
<3
There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you donât have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isnât a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.  Â
I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day.Â
II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Donât put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are.Â
III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr.Â
IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and Iâm there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality.Â
V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I donât think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.Â
Can I permanently wake up to another life with the void state? Then will this life continue normally like in my other realities? I'm so confused.
Hi dear, yes, you can permanently wake up in another life through the void state, primarily via permashifting. However, it's entirely up to you whether you want to start over (respawn), permanently shift into a completely different life (permashifting), or explore other possibilities (reality shifting, quantum jumping, etc.) Hope I answered your question correctly! :>

đȘ· Unspoken Facts About the Void State đ
While many people focus on the metaphysical aspects, the void state may have a direct link to neuroplasticityâthe brain's ability to rewire itself. The deep focus and detachment from external stimuli in the void can enhance your brain's capacity to form new neural pathways. This means that being in the void isnât just about manifesting; itâs literally reshaping your mind to align with your desires on a neurological level (and even on a molecular/genetic level).
The void state shares similarities with the brain activity observed during non-REM sleep, particularly in stages of deep rest. In this state, your body undergoes repair, and your brain consolidates memories. This suggests that entering the void might accelerate healing processes, as the state mimics the restorative effects of deep sleep while maintaining conscious awareness. Similar to meditation and hypnagogic states.
While in the void, many report losing track of time, but this isn't just a mental trickâitâs tied to how your brain processes sensory input. The void eliminates external stimuli like light, sound, and touch, which are essential for your brainâs internal clock. Without these cues, your sense of time becomes fluid, making hours feel like minutes or vice versa.
The void state aligns intriguingly with concepts in quantum physics, particularly quantum coherence. In quantum systems, coherence describes a state where particles exist in a superposition of possibilities. Similarly, the void state places your mind in a "superposition," where you are simultaneously detached from reality yet capable of accessing infinite possibilities.
The void state is strongly associated with theta and delta brainwave states. Theta waves are linked to creativity, intuition, and deep meditation, while delta waves are tied to deep sleep and healing. The unique blend of these brainwaves during the void allows for heightened subconscious access and profound stillness simultaneously. Which is why it is recommended to use these frequencies!
The void state mirrors the effects of sensory deprivation. When external stimuli are lost, the brain compensates by enhancing internal awareness. This is why many people experience heightened clarity, vivid imagery/mental images, or even sensations of "oneness" while in the void. Essentially, your mind becomes the primary sensory environment and why you lose all of your senses.
Some spiritual theorists compare the void state to the consciousness experienced in the womb. This hypothesis suggests that the void may feel so âpureâ because it reflects the state of pre-birth awarenessâwhere one exists in complete with nothingness and infinite potential. This also refers to pure consciousness being your home that you always return to.
A lesser-discussed aspect of the void is its role in ego dissolution. In the void, your sense of selfâthe âIââdisappears. This detachment from ego allows you to manifest without the usual doubts, fears, or biases that come with personal identity, creating a direct connection between intention and reality. Hence the affirmation "I am" as there's nothing to become, only to "be".
Ë ÖŽđ Holotropic Breathwork + Hypnagogic Hallucinations đàŁȘË
"Holotropic Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that uses rapid, controlled breathing and music to create an altered state of consciousness."
The process bypasses your analytical mind and taps into the subconscious, often bringing up suppressed emotions, vivid imagery, or even spiritual insights. Itâs often used for self-discovery, emotional healing, and connecting more deeply with your inner self.
Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia are transitional states of consciousness that occur during the process of falling asleep and waking up, respectively.
Hypnagogia is experienced as you are falling asleep. It often happens when youâre extremely tired or sleep-deprived, such as after staying up late or napping during the day. In this state, you may not fully fall asleep but instead enter a semi-conscious phase. During hypnagogia, people can feel as though theyâre âdreaming while awake.â
Hypnopompia, on the other hand, happens as you are waking up. You might not fully regain consciousness and instead linger in a dream-like state. In this phase, you may feel as though you are simultaneously awake and dreaming, struggling to differentiate between the two. Similarly, people can feel as though they're "awake while dreaming."
These may involve visual, auditory, or tactile hallucinations, and sometimes even a sensation similar to sleep paralysis. Both phenomena occur because the brain is transitioning between wakefulness and sleep, creating a blend of conscious awareness and dream-like perceptions. While they can feel disorienting, these experiences are a natural part of how our brain processes the sleep cycle.
Step 1: Get Comfortable
Lie down (preferably) in a quiet, dimly lit space where you wonât be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Step 2: Breathwork to Relax (2-5 minutes)
Breathe in deeply through your nose for 2 seconds.
Exhale out through your mouth with a gentle "ha" sound.
Repeat this rhythm, focusing on how your body feels lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
Step 3: Focus on the Darkness
Let your breathing return to normal.
Shift your attention to the darkness behind your eyelids.
If you see shapes, colors, or feel sensations, let them happen naturally.
Step 4: Affirm and Intend
Silently or softly affirm your intention:
âI am pure consciousness.â
âI am shifting now.â
Stay calm and trust the process as you drift deeper into the void or shifting state.
Step 5: Let Go
Allow yourself to fully relax, knowing that youâre transitioning.
If you feel close to the void or shifting, focus on staying calm and open.
OMG, WHATTTT?! I wasn't expecting this AT ALL!! I'm so happy that my post helped you. I feel like I'm in a fever dream right now because I swear this was the most satisfying and rewarding thing I've ever read! This is a dream come true âžâžâž>ïč<âžâžâž and this is literally why I started my blog. I want to help people achieve their desires and allow them to realize that only YOU matter. Your only obstacle is your thinking; the faster you understand + fix it, the quicker you can get your desires. So thank you for reading and applying my advice from my post, this was so motivating. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!
đ«§Happy Manifesting! :>

đđȘYOU ARE YOUR INNER MONOLOGUEđȘđ
"Your inner monologue plays a significant role in shaping your self-perception and reality." The connection between inner dialogue and manifestation reflects ideas from a psychological and metaphysical perspective.
Psychologically, your inner monologue functions as a cognitive process that influences your self-perception, emotional regulation, and behaviour. Positive self-talk enhances your mental health, which also builds your resilience and confidence and improves overall performance in all aspects of your life. Conversely, negative self-talk contributes to and creates depression and anxiety.
Metaphysically, your inner monologue is considered a tool for manifestation and is linked to your subconscious mind. Your thoughts and mind are related, connecting the third and fourth dimensions.
Ultimately, this applies to the law of assumption and attraction. "Without the assumption that you have and are what you desire, there isn't anything for you to attract." Both laws co-exist with one another. To assume means to attract, to attract means to assume. If you practice one, you practice the other.
This also overlaps with the placebo effect, where belief can influence your emotional and physical states. It all has to do with the power of expectation and symbolism. If you expect that doing a certain method at a certain time will get you results, then it will. You've assigned that expectation and meaning and persisted in it, making it a fact.
In essence, what you think will manifest- unless you persist in the fact that negative/intrusive thoughts don't manifest but you get my point. If you continuously think negatively and put emphasis on 3D and time, then obviously you aren't going to get your desires.
Flip the narrative every time you catch yourself not thinking in your favour. Remember, you are your inner monologue. You already have what you desire; the 3D does not matter. You either choose and persist in the fact that everything is done, or you choose not to have anything at all.
P.S. You don't need the perfect self-concept, but thinking in your favour and self-confidence will help eliminate mental obstructions.
