Btw this was what I was envisioning when i wrote late
Being a teacher on teacher’s day was the best thing that happened.
It’s not abt the kids but the amount of pride I felt when the council members picked out my name instead of my friends “evil cackles”.
I still sometimes see the kids in the corridor and the fact that they say “Good Morning Dhun Ma’am” and the way they make this cute face swells up my heart.
A kid even gave me a flower and I had it tucked in my hair the whole day.
