I like how they take a part of science (the one that claims for every decision you make there’s a universe where you made smth different) and just started adding shit like “When you shift, you leave a clone of yourself” or smth like bro that’s not how stuff wORKS

I didn’t try to shift last night at all, I actually went to be and woke up at 3 am, stood up for a few hours and went back to bed at 5.
I was in a very light sleep so I’m unsure how it happened. And I didn’t even shift to an alternate universe just some random one? And it was quite short, I could tell I was in a light sleep because I was unsure if certain actions would pull me back although I was sure it was me shifting.
One time I thought I did get pulled back, heard my brother talking and everything and when I woke up it was similar to the first time I was there in this random shifted reality. Only thing different was the choices I made.
It might sound like a lucid dream but I could feel my body, I remember being in there like ‘holy shit I just shifted, it really does exist’.
I wasn’t me in this shifted reality though, nothing seemed set in stone. It still had the uneasiness of a dream because I wasn’t myself and everyone’s faces kept changing although I knew for sure they were the same person.
I understand why people put so much detail into their script now, should I try going to bed early again and then waking up, staying up, trying to shift again lol to my desired reality?
Okay okay so last night I was trying to shift(I didn’t but I could feel that I almost did).
Instead I felt as if I was in a dream and I was in the front of the line about to check out my groceries and there was someone behind me so I awkwardly laughed and was like ‘I don’t even remember driving here. Is this a dream or something?’
I think I messed up with this, some part of me felt like I was about to shift but the woman behind me just stared at me and said ‘yes’. So like I was fully conscious then, trying to shift realities but right before the cashier gave me a total I woke up.
Anyone have something like this?

cr : your current reality that you are in...
dr : where you're trying to shift...
script : somewhere you write information about yourself and your dr (I will do a separate post just on that)...
safe word : returns you to your cr after you say it, but you dont even need it, you just need the intention to shift back and you will. YOU CAN'T AND WON'T GET STUCK IN YOUR DR!!
clone: its your body, it sounds scary ik, but lemme break it down for you; you are shifting, your clone is your body, you are your conciousness, only your conciousness leaves this reality but your body obviously stays here, your clone will act just like you, dont even worry about that!!

There are multiple theories, that I know of, that people believe in. As someone who is really into astrophysics and wants to take that course in life I personally believe in the multiverse theory. So that is the one that I will be explaining to you.

The multiverse theory tells us about there being an infinite amount of realities. I'll give you an example; Imagine you woke up this morning, you woke up and looked in the mirror and you had your regular hair, regular eyes, and every regular feature that you have right now. But in another reality you woke up that same morning but your hair was pink, your eyes purple and your skin bright green. Anything you think of does exist, in another reality, another universe.

But the changes don't have to be so major. For example; imagine you had cerial for breakfast this morning, you put milk first then the cereal. But in another reality you put the cereal before milk.
See those bubbles in the pictures? Those are universes, inside a multiverse, inside a megaverse, insise a gigaverse, inside a tetraverse and so on...
So what does that tell us? There is an infinite number of universes, realities and outcomes. Yes there exists an universe in which gravity isn't a thing, where grass is pink and people fly...
That means that there is a reality where you attend Hogwarts, where you are an avenger, where John B is your best friend...

Shifting realities is just simply moving your conciousness from your current reality to the reality you want to go to-your desired reality. In your desired reality you get to experience everything just like here; smell, taste, hear, feel and see anything around you.
The first thing you need to know is that shifting is NOT lucid dreaming. Shifting means moving your conciousness to a whole other universe.

I am scared to shift. (ASKING FOR ADVICE)
This may sound soo stupid but hmo. You will wake up as another person,Another body, different room maybe. That concept is so out of the ordinary and scary to me?! Like it’s real I will feel the wind brush against my skin or like my heartbeat speeding up? I know it’s reall but that concept is so scary and unreal. Any tips how to get over this I know I’m not alone on this.

It was kinda lucid but kinda not.. so basically I was at a Disney event w a friend of mine and I wasn’t my dr self it was me and he said hi by just tapping my shoulder and I was so insanely nervous and flustered I was a mess. He said I was pretty which was sweet because I said I liked his shirt so yeah that’s it summed up. The reason I shared this with you is because it was a DREAM that’s it just a dream. I was flustered in a dream I was stuttering in a dream. This showed me how real it’s gonna be when I shift because what do you mean I got nervous in a dream how am I gonna react irl when I wake up with him?!? Just made me think

I told my friends I’m permanently shifting and one said “ no don’t !!” Like you wont notice im gone but alright.. anywho she started making me loose all motivation by saying stuff like “It’s not real life you can have a celebrity crush but it’ll never be real!” Yall im angry. Like im really missing my s/o and she’s making me feel like I’ll never shift. She even told me in 10 years we’re gonna be laughing at me pretending I’d shift. What do I do I’m so discouraged and sad.

My main DRs : Formula 1, YouTuber/streamer DR, Outer Banks, Harry Potter, model/actress DR and Gossip Girl. My plan is to shift to my better CR and then shift from there ! I have a lot of s/o because i have too many celebrities crush 😏
I don’t want any antishifter energy here, only benevolence and mutual aid. 🌸
When people ask me what I want to do later in life, when my goal is simply to permashift into a better CR… they have no idea.
I genuinely feel bad for the anti-shifters, lol. They hate on us and think we’re crazy for no reason, when WE have everything they’ll never have 😘 like living in our favorite movies and shows, being a billionaire, being gorgeous and a model, living on other planets, being a fairy or a mermaid, becoming an animal, reconnecting with loved ones who’ve passed away… basically, everything we want, forever.
When I see people saying, ‘I just can’t shift’… girl, you’re literally already in your DR every moment, shifting’s not an action, it’s a mindset, and saying that stuff won’t help !! But I get it, because way back when, at the beginning, I felt the same way
