I have done it some time ago but decided to share this one here too. In some way, I’m kind of pround of it.

I have so many thoughts (and feels) about Jean and Reiner’s relationship, but I find them hard to put into words.
Anyway, what strikes me the most about them, is the fact that they both started off as rather minor, but well fleshed out side characters (instant faves), who eventually underwent tremendous changes and, at least for me, set the tone for the entire story.
Reiner’s shift from the toughest solider around to the most vulnerable victim of war, and Jean’s shift from a self-absorbed asshole to the most caring and selfless leader, tie in very well with how their own bond was shaped in the grand finale.
What can I say, Jean is Jean because of Marco’s death. So, when he tells Reiner he’ll never forgive him, he can’t forgive him, this is what Reiner surely expects to hear, just like the rest of us.
But then, the moment Jean realizes why Reiner did what he did, and that their motivations are exactly the same, Jean backtracks on what he said — does not forget (because it's still about Marco to a great extent), but does forgive, if you ask me.
Jean then proceeds to be visibly alarmed whenever Reiner is in any kind of danger and comes to his rescue time after time. And Reiner? Well, he is still the same suicidal man who has for a long time considered himself to be the biggest piece of shit, unworthy of anyone’s forgiveness. And here comes the best friend of the man he helped to murder, the one that should despise him the most, and shows him that Reiner’s life is important to him. Jean doesn’t spend the final battle shouting Conny’s name like a maniac or worrying about Mikasa (as if she needs that, ha) — he instead focuses on Reiner, because he gets him now and because he regrets dealing damage to the man who has been already damaged enough.
In the final chapters Jean’s mission, aside from the obvious one, is to keep Reiner alive.
So, Jean shows Reiner how much he cares. He single-handedly saves him from the Colossal Titan. Tells him he is still one of them.
Once Reiner realizes Jean really means what he says, something shifts. It must be strange for Reiner, to acknowledge this kind of concern for his person — taking into consideration not only their rocky past, but also the contrast between his own mother and Jean. One telling him he is only as valuable as his Titan power. The other telling him to stop transforming because he's afraid Reiner will get hurt again.
From that specific moment shared with Jean, Reiner no longer seems as much resigned to his fate. On the contrary, he’s focused and determined. And to shamelessly quote Gojo Satoru (hehe), he knows that dying to win and risking death to win are two completely different things.

What I’m getting at is that along the way, Reiner and Jean have become the hidden heart of the story. Together, they shifted from the sidelines to the very center of the action.
Even if they are just one piece of the puzzle, drowning in the bigger picture that are Eren, Mikasa and Armin, Jean and Reiner are the ones that, quite possibly, have the most to say about humanity itself in the AOT universe. They are the bridge between the two sides of that war.
Isayama’s decision to pair them up for the final showdown and to continue placing them next to each other in almost every following panel is a very nice touch. (They are his faves too, after all)
Not to mention this cover variant:
One of them is a child turned into a weapon of mass destruction. The other almost a toy soldier in the grand scheme of things.
It's good they managed to save each other.

"healthy" doesn't always mean good in fiction. Eremika's unhealthiness is what makes the ship compelling and interesting. It's built into the core of the story. Also your "healthiest ship" requires ignoring that he emotionally manipulated her into keeping her mouth shut about his genocide plan and threatened to have her memories erased. Historia never expressed any interest in him that way. Men and women can in fact just be friends.
Ohh boy, you're bold anon, I have to hand it to ya.
Yes healthy doesn't always mean good, in fact it can actually lead to some very boring ships, but that is still a perfectly good thing to look for in a pairing.
In contrast unhealthy can be interesting, but mostly leads to abusive relationships that get glorified by the fandom in spite of their toxic nature, and in this aspect Eremika is no exception. These two are just awful for one another.
He headbutts her, call her names, tells her he hates her (I know he didn't mean it, but it wrecked her emotionally so my point stands) put her in a situation that could have gotten her killed, never confided in her regarding his plans etc...
She was an overbearing mama who constantly treated him like an incompetent child that couldn't do anything on his own.
What's compelling in a relationship with this dynamic:
"Eren eat your veggies!"
"Eren put on a coat, or you're gonna catch a cold!"
"Eren don't run you're gonna trip!"
Oh and don't get me started on this
She literally deluded herself for years into believing that everything he did was somehow tied back to her. Even Armin, Reiner and Berthold gave her the 🙄 look.
Also her entire character revolves around him and it makes her super boring and robotic. Even after he dies she spends her life worshipping his grave and dies with that gosh darned scarf on her neck. She only took it off once ( when she gave an ounce of development) before cruelly snatching it from the hands of a dying girl that was using it for comfort (something I'll never forgive her for).
She was originally meant to break away from him but alas, good writing died after 134.
Annd the story never revolved around them. Mikasa only became the protagonist in the last chapter out of fucking thin air and it looked soo forced. Lmao Hisu had more parallels with Ymir than Mikasa of all people.
The only time their relationship mattered was at the end of season 2, but after that we got nothing important.
Last thing on this dumpster fire of a ship... They're boring asf.
Like I know some unhealthy relationships that are toxic and all, but the characters have chemistry, and it can make up for the awful shit they can do to eachother. Eremika has no chemistry. I would rather watch paint dry than think about them romantically.
Regarding Erehisu... Have we read the same aot chapter? Or just the same conversation between Eren and Historia? Because I don't think so.
He emotionally manipulated her to keep her mouth shut
What? When did this ever happen? She chose to stay silent. Hell he didn't even need to tell her his plans, it was quite risky, since she could have snitched on him to the Mps and ruined everything.
He chose to confide in her cause he knew she wouldn't tell, cause she was the worst girl in the world who saved him, the girl who chose her selfishness over the world already, in that cave when she saved him, when she told him that she would always be his ally, that they were enemies of humanity.
She never wanted the future that she was destined to if she accepted the 50 year plan. She had accepted it for the greater good. Something selfless that only Christa could have done.
He knew that, and reminded her of who she really was. A selfish, normal girl like everyone else.
She was shocked by the genocide that awaited them if they followed Eren's plan but ultimately chose it over sacrificing herself and her future children. Totally in character, no manipulation involved lmao.
He threatened to erase her memories
Nope. She was upset so he offered to lighten her burden by erasing her memories if she wanted to. It was a proposal made out of empathy for her shock. No threats, where did you see em?
She was never interested in him
Say what you want about her feelings for him, interpret them how you please, but you can't deny a connection from which feelings could blossom. This meme perfectly sums up my thoughts about this:
Yes men and women can be friends, I just don't see it this way for Erehisu. Actually I could tell you the same thing for Eremika. Better as siblings lol.
Watching everyone somehow enjoy the ending while you sulk in the corner, cause you read the last chapter 2 years ago and have been hating it ever since:
Facts
Hange dying for nothing, Levi never confronting Annie for how she brutally murdered his squad, Historia being sidelined after a marvelous character arc, and Jean going back to being buddies with Reiner, the man that murdered his best friend/ actual lover (don't give me any Mikasa bs, Marco was his one and only), after one single confrontation will never sit well with me. Ever. Isayama let down his characters.

Bertholdt's actions, which involved stealing Polish food, led to free food around the world, because you can't steal food when it's free. This is to prevent similar threats on a global scale. It took a long time for people to get used to the fact that butter no longer costs as much as a bar of gold.
Many Polish roads have been destroyed by Bertrumbling and are urgently in need of repair.

Years after these tragic events, life returns to normal. Only one still remembers the man who sacrificed his life to provide free food for humanity.
He spends his days in a new, better world, dreaming of seeing his beloved one more time...

Real talk
This is about Reiner in fanfiction that aren’t about Reiner. He’s often depicted as a toxic ex or a violent person and I know they’re just fanfiction but in canon when was the last time you saw him harm anyone out right. When Sasha punched him unprovoked he said she was right despite it being unreasonable- he let Eren punch his face with his silly nubs. He’s just a teddybear 😞 I know he’s a fictional soldier but he’s genuinely just a teddybear
So my chaotic description of the ideas for my R+B are adopted by Hange AU won't be finished until the end of March, because I have to split my time between writing, drawing funny things, resting and doing stupid unnecessary things (like daily life, work ect ._.)
It's all a ton of fun, but YIKES, a day has too few hours. But I am cooking and won't stop untill cooked 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Yea, I was confused why Annie randomly wakes up among other refugees after the Wall Maria destruction xD
I firmly believe that they simply didn't have the time/budget to include every scene from the manga. Which is to the detriment of some of the characters. For example, Gabi's motivation to specifically inherit the Armored Titan is lost. The anime doesn't have a scene where she talks to Reiner and expresses her desire to understand him and his feelings. Reiner, of course, doesn't talk about what happened to him on the island, so Gabi really wants to get his titan, and by extension his memories, so that she can understand him and sort of let him live through her. It's not just “Boo-hoo, I want the coolest titan so I can fight with stupid people and devils!" No, she truly loves and admires Reiner and wants to understand what he went through and carry on his legacy. But anime doesn't give us that C:
