Hey guys! So Iām adding to the PaintingTherapy series Iāve started on my Etsy shop. Since I want Art Therapy to be as accessible as possible, Iām starting to makeĀ āPaintingTherapyā videos on my YouTube channel. I know that not everyone has the time to sit down and paint or draw, so I figured Iād try and provide the media to you guys in a relaxing way.Ā
On YouTube, Iāll post videos with a wide range of different painting techniques that I have found to be relaxing to watch. Some will be watercolor, some acrylic, and others ink.
