Your distorted voice was heard through the chasm while the 5 we're looking for an exit after seeing bosacious.
"Xiao who is that? They said your name." Yanfei questioned but Xiao had an uncharacteristic look of shock before turning to them.
"He was the dendro yaksha. He earned the name phantom yasksha during the archon war. He was always there just never seen but once the war ended not even the yasksha could find him."
Xiao talked about you in the same way he talked about bosacious. He loved the memories he shared with you but all good things come to an end. He just wished they didn't end so quickly.
"I know who he is, the phantom yaksha, known for being the geo archons shadow. He was efficient and loyal. It was rumored that he disappeared because of a disagreement he had with Morax." Yelan said causing Xiao to nod.
"That's so sad. I wonder where he went." Paimon looked to aether who was looking at Xiao.
There was a moment of silence before the sky darkened as a scream erupted from behind Xiao.
Turning around Xiao saw you on the ground with your (choice of weapon) on the ground next to you while you were squeezing your neck in pain. Your veins were visible and roots from the ground were protruding your limbs.
"Y/n." Your head shot up at the sound with a look of fear.
"Xiao?" Your voice wasn't heard.
Said yaksha tried to get closer but you backed away. The vines moved with you.
"NO." You shouted and haistily stood up into a fighting stance with your weapon in hand. "your not supposed to be here. None of you are."
Xiao teleports behind you and take your weapon. Vines shot up wrapping around his neck, arms and legs restraining him.
"I'm already gone, but I don't want to stay here." You turn your back and walked behind the portal. You had become transparent and even though you were walking it looked as if you were floating gracefully.
When out of sight the vines disappeared.
Yelan was hot on your tail but when going behind the portal was your body was entangled into the ground on facing up. Your face held discomfort.
The sight barely shocked her as she called the others over.
"Is he DEAD." Paimon screamed taking refuge behind aether/lumine.
"Yes" Xiao said simply. Taking your body of the roots he held you tight.
"What is he to you? You seem close to him." Yelan was very observant with the few time they saw the phantom yaksha and Xiao.
It took a minute before he answered. "He is equivalent to what Mortals call a significant other."
No other words were shared as he put you on his back to take you to the surface.

Once at the surface he took the traveler to pervacies resting place.
"I want to bury him here. I also wanted to take a rock in memory of bosacious but the rock did not make it."
When he placed your body on the grass you slowly melted into it. After your body was completely gone a beautiful tree sprouted from the ground. It's leaves had different colors and elements in them.
When the traveler touched them they heard voices of laughter or small visions of their lost loved ones, but for Xiao they held the memories of the fallen yakshas.
But one with you stood out.
You and him we on a mountain not far from the other yaksha.
"Xiao why do you have to so cynical all the time." You chucked. Placing a hand to his cheek. "I'm not. I'm simply saying I would die for you."
You had a deep blush on your face, placing you hands on your hips and turning towards the view of old liyue.
"That's what I mean. You don't have to protect me cause I'll be the one to protect you." It was his turn to blush. You laughed and hugged him.
"Xiao if something every happens to me.... Just know that I love you." He pulled away from the hug and kissed you.
"I love you too Y/n."
Even in death you wanted to show people happiness.
He missed you along with the other yaksha and it hurt him that he was the only was still alive.

"I don't know. I'll have to think about it." You teased putting a hand on both of their shoulders. Red son was about to loose it while Mk looked defeated.

Tanjiro sighed out of relief falling to his knees to bow. "Thank you so much Mr. I-" when he looked up you had disappeared. Even Nezuko was looking around for you.

Mitsuri was out on a mission when she saw blue flames in the grass forming a trail and decided to follow it.
It led to a clearing in the forest. In the middle of it was a man in traditional samurai attire. Mitsuri
He had just finished off a demon and was in the middle of sheathing his sword when he turned in Mitsuri's direction.
Mitsuri cowarded behind a tree.
"No need to be afraid I'm here to help." You said extending your hand to her. She started to come out from behind the tree.
*crack* a tree branch broke behind her causing to look. It was nothing but when she turned back to you, you were gone without a trace.
Rengoku
Rengoku was training when he saw you run by leaving a trail of blue fire behind you.
He ran after you. Noticing him trail sing you stopped and turned to him.
"I can sense you are a slayer of great strength, hurry there are demons ahead." You said as you started running again with him now near your side.
When you both reached your destination Rengoku immediately got to work on the demons terrorizing the town.
When he saw no more demons left he tried looking for you in vain.
Giyuu
You scared the fuck outta him when you appeared outta nowhere to kill a demon.
"Who are you." He didn't mean from it to come out so rude but you took no offence.
"I am a samurai ghost rider. I'm here to vanquish demons and nothing more. I'll be on my way now." You said sheathing your sword and walking away not waiting for a response.

Tengen had heard stories of a Samurai killing demons in villages but didn't believe it. At first at least.
When he was almost home from a mission he saw you in the corner of his eye walking by with blue fire trailing you.
When you two made eye contact he waved yelling about how flamboyant you looked

He stood back and watched as you killed every demon that dared to face you.

It honestly freaked you out.

You had thought you finished your mission when you were on your way back you met up with Mitsuri by chance.
You both went seperate ways as she has heading out for a mission. While heading back you started to get tired and decided to rest for the night.
While resting in the night you were ambushed.
When Mitsuri got back from her mission he noticed you were there and went to look for you.
"Y/n...oh my goodness that's a lot of blood." She ran over to your body leaning against a tree while lighting tapping your face to wake you.
"Mits--" You tried to slur out but was quickly shused as she picked you up bridal style and carried you to the butterfly estate.
She vowed to make herself stronger so she can protect you. Whatever demon tried to get to you would have to go through a tank.

His memory will be the death of him.
Poor boy forgot he was fighting and you unfortunately paid the price.
You were cut straight through your leg, right arm and had you stomach sliced.
"You shouldn't did that." He said trying with all his strength the drag your body until the kokushi arrive.

Rengoku
Rengoku had told you he wanted to be a hashira and you were going to help him so you brought him to a place that practically attracted demons.
Fight after fight you and rengoku were killing demons while you were giving him tips.
"Good job kyo, next time make a-" You were cut off by a demon latching onto you and biting into your shoulder.
You were quick to knock the demon off of you and kyo dealt the killing blow.
Waisting no time rengoku went to check on you.
Even though it wasn't a serious wound he treated you as of you were going to die.
He was 100 times more careful when you were around.

You were with Hina, Makio and Suma. It was supposed to be a simple mission.
The demon was much stronger that expected. It fended off the 4 of you at once.
"AH!" Suma screamed when the demon grabbed her leg pulling her so hard on the ground that she bounced.

You jumped in and attempted to save her while Makio and Hina were distracting it.
The distractions didn't work and when you went to grab Suma the demon punched you in your stomach sending you flying into a nearby tree and knocking you unconscious.
When you woke up you were over Uzui's shoulder and he was carrying you to God knows where with this unpredictable man.
"Your to old to be fighting old man. You should retire."
Shinobu
She's a doctor. She is, and always has been, very protective of you no matter who is older.
She wishing a demon would even think about hurting you.

Everyday that giyuu doesn't have a mission he goes by you not for any reason he just likes being around you.
However today when he didn't have a mission he couldn't find you in your house. After searching the house thoroughly he started to look in the surrounding forest.
He quickly noticed the trail of blood leading to the back of your house and followed it to find you catching your breath with your Katana nearly falling out of your hand.
"Y/n" he softly said while approaching you.
Without looking back you knew who it was. "Hello giyuu, could you help me back to the house."
Making it back to the house giyuu helps treat your wounds.
He hated the fact that you got hurt and he wasn't there to help. He started spending nights more often.

Tonraq has been on the streets all his life. stealing is his way of living even though he gets caught in the act almost every time.
living in a shanty town there was little to no food so he went to the marketplace. he was slight of the hand and easily took as much bread as he needed.
"Are you gonna pay for that." a firebender grabbed his shoulder forcefully turning him around in order to get the bread.
"I can't." said Tonraq as he easily pushed him off.
The firebender got defensive. "Then put it back."
"Sorry can't do that either."
Using his bending he made water bullets and shot them towards the guard. The well trained guard was quick to dodge but that didn't stop the parade of bullets.
Seeing that be was getting no where with this tactic tried to catch the bender of guard but drenching him in water. The guard saw through him and sent a ball of fire to stop the water. The water evaporated and made a smoke screen. Foggy enough for him to run away.
He ran until he could run anymore, and he ended up in middle-class housing. Walking through the neighborhood while eating he was met with things he had only seen from afar.
Around him were happy people living their happy lives, it was clear he didn't belong especially with all the stares and parents holding their children close.
Looking into the windows of houses he saw families eating, playing, and just being happy. He wanted a life like that he wished he was born into a life of luxury but instead all he got was rags and nothing.
He watched one house in particular where a father and daughter were having a party. The little girl was dressed in a adorable princesses dress while the dad spoiled her with presents.
'I wish I had a family' he thought as he continued to watch the adorable moment. He didn't realize how he was walking towards the house until his hand was pressed against the glass.
"What are you doing in front of my house." A woman's voice said behind him. He turned around quickly and tried to explain but she didn't give him a chance.
"Are you planing on breaking in. Your not even supposed to be here, get lost before I report you." The women fumed while pushing him off the property.
Tonraq sighed as he started walking the long trail back to his house feeling nothing but self pity for the life he was forced to live.
"So this is the life of a street rat." He mumbled to himself as he made it home. He made himself comfortable in a corner of his unfurnished house as he drifted off to sleep.

Not far from mondstat you were caught in battle with a fiery red head when you went out for supplies in full fatui attire.
You had been living in mond as a spy for the fatui and you only reported what they asked of you. You know diluc from being around mond butt he doesn't know your apart of the fatui.
"Were you stationed in mondstat 4 years ago." A man who you knew of as the late Crepus Ragnivindr's son.
"Why would you want to know." You questioned, even though you knew why, as you dodged his claymore.
"My father, he was given a delusion. It was the death of him." He heaved out clearly out of breath. You used his exhaustion to your advantage and hit him in the chest, when you saw an opening, successfully knocking the air out of him.
He almost fell if he didn't use his claymore to hold himself. Without moment to spare you ran back to your house.

When you got home you looked back on the files of Crepus Ragnvindr
Waking up the next morning you decide to walk around the city of freedom.
"Your not in uniform today, y/n?" One of the two fatui that always stand by each other a floor higher that the fountain

The walk to your house with filled with casual conversation. You liked diluc. It was obvious for anyone to tell but him.
The only problem was that you were a fatui. You were scared he was going to kill you if he found out.
With everyday that past you were with diluc didn't matter what you were doing cause you were enjoying yourself.
It's always calm before the storm.
You decided to tell him.
"Hey diluc, what if I told you I was a fatui." You and diluc were by dawn winery picking grapes. He stopped what he was doing a looked at you.
"What do you mean."
"I'm apart of the fatui, but I'm only used for information." He couldn't look him in the eyes, you knew if he did you would be fighting back tears.
He grabbed your shoulders making you look him in the eye. "Were you here when my father was killed."

You both stayed like that for a solid minute before he got up to leave. With his back turned, you jumped up and hugged his waist.
"I'm sorry diluc." You mumbled into his back, his hand griped the back of yours.
"I like you Y/n. But I can't... I just can't." He gentle pushed your arms off of him and walked away leaving you there watching him

He stood in place for a second letting your words sink in.

You and kanjiro were fight all night. The village that you were in was plagued with demons.
Coming to the 6th hour of fighting Mitsuri stopped, sensing no demons around her, so her could take a breath.
A weak demon saw this opportunity to sneak up on her, luckily for her you saved her.
Swiftly cutting off it's head. "Your not touching her... Not my daughter" You said with malice sending shivers down the withering demon spine.
"Stay alive Konroji. I know your tired but the sun will come up soon."
Sanemi
Upper moon was a tough guy.
"GENYA!" You screamed running into the room as genya was sliced in half.
"I'll be fine. I promise." He tried but failed to calm your nerves. Sanemi stood over the both of you defensively.
Grabbing the bottom of his haroi making him look back at you.
"Please don't." You pleaded. As if you prayers were answered gyomei showed up (gyomei ex machina).

Rengoku
You trailed Kyojuro on the Mugen train not just because trains were a new idea and you didn't entirely trust it but because you didn't feel right when you watched him leave.
You were right to be skeptical when you watched fight Akaza. You wanted to see him fight before butting in but when you saw Kyo slowing down.
Akaza was going for the killing blow when you blocked him with your sword.
"NOT MY SON!" You yelled getting in between them and cutting Akaza's arm. Akaza jumped back seeing that the sun was coming up. You watched as he ran while Rengoku kept his eyes on you.
He had never seen you yell and the fact that you called him a son he felt honored.
Shinobu
When Kanae died you were there. As she was saying her dying words you were fighting doma trying to keep him away from the children.
"You took one away from me. I'm not letting you take another." You chocked on your tears when you spoke but doma just laughed.
"Your a strong one, I'll grant you mercy this once. I can't stand to see a grown man cry." He said laughing. You blinked and he was gone.
You couldn't bring your self to go back to shinobu and Kanae, and instead you kneeled to the ground crying at the lost.
Muichirou
He forgets that you even there until he sees you take a hit for him.
"I know what you told me but I can't stand by and watch you get hurt, son."
"What did I say" Tokito asked. His memory was almost laughable.
"Uh... Nothing just focus on the fight for now."
Tengen
You accompanied Tengen to the red light district. When Daki was found out you were helping people evacuate before you even knew there was a second demon. Soon everything turned into Caos. When you got you where the main fight was happening you saw Hinasturu on a roof.
"Mr. Y/n its lord Tengen." She worriedly pointed to a seemingly dead and missing and arm Tengen.

Callipso loved going outside the palace to see you, You were a worker outside of the palace. You water building was beautiful and graceful to watch and the sculptures you make would mesmerize the child.
But what Callipso loved most was when she caught you and their uncle outside of the palace.
It didn't matter what you were doing together, it was all in the way he looked at you. She could tell that he liked you but couldn't understand why he didn't just say anything, but she was determined to see you two together in the end.

Even before you moved into the manor you knew about the secret room from the maids, however you never knew the location and when you asked Adelinde about it she said ‘some secrets are better left in the dark.’ followed by a chuckle and ‘sorry it's fun to keep people on their toes but sadly i don’t know either’.
When you moved in you paid closer attention to adelinde’s behavior, seeing her interactions with the other maids, talking to herself at night in a corner of the manor, and her bringing in guests that don’t seem to come out. The last one you can’t prove but the others sent chills up your spine.
Seeing as it hasn’t been too long since you moved in you didn’t wanna cause any problems and kept your conversations with Diluc about private. But one night you woke up to a loud bang.
Shooting up from the bed you turn over to Diluc to see him still sound asleep. Slowly getting up so you don’t wake him, you go down to where you heard the sound. Walking through the manor you still hear the banging but not as loud as the first one. With every step you took your heart was beating out of your chest. Rounding the corner you were met with Moco.
“MY LADY! *ahem* my lady, what are you doing up this late?” Moco was still in her maid outfit while you were in your night clothes. She looked scared so you decided to not beat around the bush.
“I heard a noise, I’m guessing you did too.” Moco sighed in relief and nodded her head.

Like they’re commonly watching them from afar and Tanjiro and his girlfriend pretend to not notice or Tanjiro will calm them down when he finds them crying over fear that they’re gonna break up when they get into a disagreement and he tell them fighting is natural and they’re gonna be fine. Also imagine if one of the girls come up to them when they’re older and married and tells them they showed them what love is!

"I'm so glad we were able to find this spot, Tanjiro," you sigh dreamily, resting your head on his shoulder, listening to the rustling of the leaves on the trees as another gentle gust of wind passes by. You're completely surrounded by the wonderful scent of all of the flowers around you - and you can only imagine how much more intense the smell is for Tanjiro.
"I'm glad too," Tanjiro agrees, pressing a soft kiss to the top of your head, squeezing your hand just a little bit tigher.
All of this affection causes a giggling frenzy. But the two of you aren't the ones giggling. You turn your heads to just barely catch three little girls frantically hiding their smiling selves behind the side of the Butterfly Estate.
Chuckling to yourselves, Tanjiro gives you a nod before standing and heading over to the triplet’s hiding spot.
“Hmmm…? I thought I heard something…” he mutters as he stands at the wall. He can hear the girls trying to shush each other down, thinking that you two were still unaware of their presence. Holding back his chuckle, he pokes his head around the corner and says, "Found you!"
Surprised little squeaks filled the air upon realizing they had been caught.
"We're sorry!" the girls apologized, "It's just really nice to see the two of you together!"
"It's alright," Tanjiro comforted, and you couldn't help but smile as he giggled along with the triplets.
The first time that they had walked in on the end of an argument brought them complete heartbreak!
Seeing the two of you walking away from each other, arms folded over your chests.
"I'm not angry at you!" you spoke in a much louder voice than they were accustomed to, "But I am angry! So I need some time to calm down before I'm ready to talk about this again!"
They ran to Tanjiro in tears once you had disappeared.
"Tanjiro!" they cried, holding onto him, "You have to go after her! This can't be the end!"
"It's okay," he cooed, carefully patting each of their heads, "We're still together, and we still love each other very much. Arguments happen, people get angry, but we'll talk about it when we're calm again and then we'll be able to fix things. So don't worry. It's gonna take a lot more than one disagreement to tear us apart!"
Years later, you receive a letter.
"Love!" Tanjiro calls, waving the parchment in his hands, "Listen to this! It's from Sumi!"
