Whyās eating in the morning so so hard?, itās like I try and try to eat, but it takes me literally forever to even get a bite in and itās not even like I donāt want to eat it. Itās more like I wake up nauseous and sick and anxious and so I canāt really eat anything because I already feel like Iām gonna pukeļæ¼
