Kinda sketchy, but I spent a long time on it so I figured it was fine to post.

I've been working on these Sailor Scouts throughout the year (some longer) and now seems like an appropriate time to preview them. None of them are done yet, but they always remind me to find the light in the dark. We are not alone.

Goodness gracious, how is it August already?? Well, better late than never to post these, I guess.

Pride month and Disability Pride month have both come and gone but that doesn't mean that one's pride or disabilities have just gone away. In fact, one of my invisible disabilities kicked my butt this last week, which is why I haven't been able to do much of anything besides rest. So now that I'm able to work again, it's back to finishing orders and working on Sailor Scouts.

Currently on the docket for August:

Sailor Scout to be determined

Oh, and one super special, super silly goose for a certain vampiric voice actor...

2024 Goals

Hello friends and happy 2024! Can you believe we're already a month in? Feels like time has just flown by! Things have been crazy busy in the workshop so I wanted to give you all an update as to what our goals are for the upcoming year. 

First up, we're making some new dolls! Our primary goal is to make all of the Sailor Scouts from the anime series Sailor Moon. This series was extra special to me growing up so getting to make amigurumi of these magical girls brings me a lot of joy.

Second, we're hoping to have an actual storefront up, ideally, by May! Why May? That gives me time to get all the photos taken, descriptions written, and prices determined. Plus I can adequately give all the due credit to the lovely folks whose patterns I'm using to create these wonderful amigurumi. 

That being said, what's going to be in the store? Glad you asked! My plan is to have two separate categories: Ready to Ship, and Commissionable. Since I am still doing local shows, the items in the Commissionable section would mostly be those items, while the items in Ready to Ship will be the available bigger items since they're a bit harder to sell locally. Of course, as items sell and become unavailable, they will be moved to the Commissionable section until such time that they are ready to ship again.

And there you have it! An update on our goals for the year! It's a lot of work but we're hoping to get it done. Be sure to keep an eye out for future updates as well as new items for sale! I'm going to try to post at least one Sunday a month, maybe two if I'm feeling ambitious (working out a schedule still) as I take new pics of merch and try to grow this little business of mine! Long story short I was half asleep and went full crackhead this started out with the Raidens then my fiance got involved giving me ideas about sailor moon monsoon and armstrong and well-

THE SKETCH IS FINALLY DONE OMG!!!

This behemoth of a drawing took months to finish due to school or unfortunate bed rotting but I gave myself a compromise by making rules for this challenge

1. I can’t quit halfway through a drawing until I finish the drawing I started. Only then can I take a break. If its really too much then I can take a two day break to work on something else ( youtube , writing , sketchbook art , ect )

2. I want to start to break away from using bases as often as I do , so I’m limiting how often I can trace. I’m allowed to trace certain body limbs that are from bases/references as long as it isn’t another artist’s work and if it is I need to credit them. I can also trace only if I have attempted to draw it numerous times.

3. I can be creative with my online persona’s design as long as it’s within the logic of the show/game.

4. The most important one : Never forget the main reason behind the challenge. To reignite your passion for art , and to expand your artistic skill !

Recently I have slowly grown frustrated with my work , and in turn , my worth because of it. A lot of complicated things are going on in my life and as a result , I have grown too tired to work on anything. I want to change that.

I want to continue to improve my art so I'm working on the longest project I have ever made. A 20 art style challenge of fandoms I enjoy !

This is the WIP I have so far ( Panty and Stocking were surprisingly the easiest and MLP , SONIC AND FNF WERE HELL qwq )
