I genuinely feel bad for the anti-shifters, lol. They hate on us and think we’re crazy for no reason, when WE have everything they’ll never have 😘 like living in our favorite movies and shows, being a billionaire, being gorgeous and a model, living on other planets, being a fairy or a mermaid, becoming an animal, reconnecting with loved ones who’ve passed away… basically, everything we want, forever.

DMSE = documenting my shifting experiences/journey day one

DISCLAIMER: my experiences are mine alone and what works for me may not work for you. however, i hope you can achieve insight from my choices and journey! starting this series over on tumblr (where to be fair, i did stop on tiktok cause it got annoying having to format it in photos). the same thing as when i did it on tiktok! just writing down my attempts, experiences and progress as logs. i don’t think i’ll format them as that would cause me to not want to write them down.

PRE-ATTEMPT MINDSET

so to pre-face this, i’ve fortunately (unfortunately?) have been able to set my own sleep schedule for literally whenever wherever and for however long i’d like. this means i’ll sleep for like, ten hours straight and then be in a state of half awake half asleep where i’m still dreaming but i can tell i’m in a dream. i’ve been trying to practice remembering to shift via lucid dreaming or in the wbtb state! and by practicing, whenever i remember/realize i’m dreaming/half awake i just begin an unprompted shifting attempt or affirmations.

TODAYS EXPERIENCE

after church i went home and went straight to bed!!! for several hours. three times in between i woke up-ish, in the sense that my eyes were still closed but i became aware that i was fading to awakeness from my dreams but decided to stay and fall back asleep. each time i thought about shifting. in one of my last dreams, i had a ‘dream wake-up’ where you wake up inside your dream but you’re still dreaming. for some reason, i was attempting one of my out of body experiences. if you’re not familiar with me or my tiktok, i have a LOT of OBE experiences. you can call them OBE’s or astral projections, but i have them semi-frequently. i’ve been in a bit of an OBE slump, but i do have them.

anyways! i was using my desk chair on my bed to sit up on my bed comfortably?? but after adjusting them, i began meditating with my eyes closed IN MY DREAM. and then i tried to lift my arms with my spirit instead of my flesh. didn’t work, obviously, as it was still in my dream. however, i did recently move to the state of half awake and half asleep after that, so shifting was on my mind as i transitioned to a half aware state.

there was a method i watched recently where the basis was to just picture/manifest one item in your hand and affirm that it’ll shift you to your reality. i changed my targetted reality to a sort of waiting room like place. in this reality, i can watch as many tv shows as i want. the item i chose to manifest and affirm with was the tv remote in that reality which happened to be the same one in this one. without moving or opening my eyes, i just visualized and really made myself feel the remote in my hand.

this went on for a few minutes but i didn’t give up or move because i was really determined. and after a while, i felt my thoughts once again slightly drifting, but i made them steer back to the remote. and somehow, i started to actually feel it! i could feel the smooth plastic, the buttons, i could picture the ‘amazon prime’ and ‘netflix’ buttons printed on it, how it would feel to click the silicone pieces. i even very slowly twitched my fingers into the remote shape and could feel it.

i tried using that connection to expand my senses to the rest of my waiting room reality, but then my family decided i had slept for too long without nourishing my body so they woke me up. </3 i mean i appreciate it because taking care of your body in any reality is imperative but ahhh i wish i could’ve continued. it’s fine though, because everything i do gets me closer to a controlled shift and a firm grasp on my own journey. i’m so excited to try that again!!

METHOD USED

this is the method i used. i only took what i wanted to use from it though (the one holdable object)

WHAT I LEARNED

my take-aways include

-> i want to continue using this method! i think being able to build upon one object can bring me closer to being more self confident, and with the remote existing in my current life already, it’s easy for me to visualize and feel the object in my hand!

-> i should stop giving up after a few minutes when i do my wbtb methods.

-> keep practicing remembering to shift!

TLDR; i used a wbtb and manifest an object from your dr method. i could feel the object physically and i plan to continue using this method as i found great success from it.

Senses shift last

 Senses Shift Last

If you've been in any shifting community for any period of time, you must have already heard this sentence.

Senses shift last.

It's an explanation, an unspoken rule, an understanding that when you sit down to shift, the last thing that completes the shift is your senses.

But what if I told you that your senses don't shift at all?

Let's go back to the basic, most simple definition of reality shifting:

Becoming aware of another reality.

This simply means that when you choose to shift, your awareness, your consciousness, is the only thing that shifts. Not your body, not your brain, and most definitely not your senses.

So, how does it work?

Well, as you shift, and you become aware of a different reality, you become conscious of a different version of you with a different brain and a different stream of thoughts and a different body and—you guessed it, different senses altogether.

Maybe your vision is better or you have supernatural hearing. Maybe your sense of taste is enhanced and your buds are miraculous, maybe you feel things 100x more than this reality allows and you're hyper aware of everything around you. The point is, your current reality self's body remains here, and so its senses stay behind as well.

How does this help you shift?

If you know that your senses don't shift, and you know that no matter what you hear, see, feel... Is irrelevant because it's your awareness that shifts, doesn't that take off a shit ton of stress off your shoulders?

As soon as you turn your awareness to a different reality, as soon as you start thinking as your desired reality self, feeling their feelings, immersing yourself in their surrounding, you have shifted. "But I can still feel my bed and I'm supposed to be on a train or a plane or riding a dragon through the seven skies!" Irrelevant. Unimportant. Inconsequential.

Focus on what you see, hear, or feel in imagination. That's where you truly are. As long as you stay there and you don't question your destination, you're bound to shift.

Haven't you ever wondered how people shift awake? How they shift on planes or in cars or in the middle of a nosy park? Where you are doesn't matter. What you see or hear doesn't matter. You don't question your dr and complain about the noise of your family and friends when you shift for a few seconds and claim they ruined the shift for you by distracting you! Why should this reality be any different? So what if you feel a velvet duvet instead of satin sheets? So what if you can hear your siblings fighting instead of your s/o calling your name? So what if you can see flashing lights behind your closed eyelids instead of your ceiling or the sky or a unicorn's ass?

Your senses aren't shifting with you, and that doesn't mean that you have failed! Not at all! You shifted successfully the second you decided to park your ass on your bed and chair and shift.

Which brings me to my final point in this semi-long rant:

Grounding yourself when you wake up in your dr.

Let me ask you something: do you ground yourself when you wake up in your cr? Do you open your eyes and start hyperventilating because you're in your room? Do you start freaking out because your family or your partner walked in?

No. You don't. Because it's just another day in the same room you've been waking up in for years.

It's the same thing for your dr. Unless your dr self has amnesia the exact same second you shift, they have been waking up in the same bed, in the same room, with the same family/friends/roommates/partner for as long as they can remember. Shifting is a natural processes. You're not putting on a skin suit and pretending to be someone you're not. You are becoming aware of the person you have always been.

There will be no freaking out, no out of body experience, no looking in the mirror and squealing over your tight ass and new face. No blushing like a damsel when you see your s/o.

It's going to be natural. Like putting on your favorite pj's, like returning to a home that always made you feel safe and comfortable, like tasting your favorite snack again and getting flashbacks of your childhood memories.

It's going to be familiar, known, comfortable.

It's going to be you.

So stop freaking out over what could potentially happen when you "get there." You have always been there.

Now go shift, and stop stressing out so much about irrelevant details.

You are a shifter.

It's your destiny.

Shifting Update }} Tell Me Your Thoughts! ⤷ 𓍼

ᛝ Okay okay- so- exciting news to share about my shifting journey!! So, the night before I lowkey kind of passed out (cause I was staying up looking at my pretty boyfriend from a different reality…) and so I had a dream of course. It was something random like squid games for some reason, but then at some point once the games were done… Which by the way was really really weird we were on tight ropes and swinging back and forth… I started to wake up. But then, I wasn’t. I was stuck between being awake and being asleep. I then saw some like blotches that were portals, and then his hand was reaching out to me while he was smiling. Obviously I tried to reach back but then I started to fully wake up. So the portals disappeared and a blast of dark blues and light blues started showing up and spiral around me till I woke up. 𓍼 ᛝ Anyways, after that whole experience I noticed something was different. My nose was a bit smaller and my thighs were thinner. SOOO… I’m pretty sure I shifted and I’m really happy!! I feel like I’m getting closer and closer to shifting and I’ve been affirming a lot more! What do you guys think? 𓍼

Do you guys ever miss your significant other even though you haven’t really seen them yet? I know I do, and it’s a such a massive problem for me. I can’t stop thinking about him! I miss him! And all I can do is stare at fan art works (might I add… ARE BEAUTIFUL!!) and official/canon works of him. I want to hug him so bad, and I want to hold his hand too!! I really can’t wait to see him! Whenever I look at him I can’t help but imagine the two of us together in that one reality. 𓍼

ANOTHER THING! Don’t you ever get jealous whenever you see someone else talk about your s/o? Yes yes… I know that they have their own reality and everything, or they’re just having a bit of fun… But still!! I can’t help but feel a little bit of envy… It’s fine though, after all it’s not like I’m harming any one if I stay silent and ignore it hehe. It’s fine to feel jealous if you’re not inflicting any harm! for the longest time, I couldn't grasp how to participate in the 3D without feeling as though I was invalidating or preventing my manifestations. I'm not gonna lie, this was most likely my autism skewing my view.

I naturally have a very black-and-white, rigid way of thinking. many neurodivergent people do, and if you're one of us, or maybe you need a little confirmation that what you're doing is right, stick around for an easy (or easier?) to grasp explanation.

A Neurodivergent Breakdown Of The 3D And 4D For Manifesting + Shifting

brief explanation of the 3D and 4D

the 3D and the 4D are intimately tied together, with the 3D being a dependent variable and the 4D being an independent one

dependent variable — a variable (denoted by y) whose value is determined by that of another independent variable — a variable (denoted by x) whose value is being changed on its own, not by the influence of another variable

in other words, the 4D is the cause, and the 3D is the effect. if you follow the law of assumption and neville goddard, you've likely heard the quote "consciousness is the only reality." as in, the things we pay attention to, shape our reality. neville goddard says that our reality — the people we interact with, the things we experience, the opportunities given to us — are directly tied to and mirror our subconscious.

living in the 4D

just like a knot can be tied, our reality can be both made and unmade. the 3D is pliable and moldable. in order to do so, we must live in the 4D, as in, live in imagination.

living in imagination isn't simply daydreaming about what you wish to manifest, it's about actively embodying the perception of already having your desire.

if I were to want to manifest being an incredible singer, I would act as though I were, even if in reality my singing could break eardrums. I would sing my favourite songs without worrying about whether or not I was good, because I already know that I am great.

since the 4D directly causes change to the 3D, it is what we do and believe in imagination that will be reflected in reality. what we believe is what we get. if I were to be insecure and believe that I were a terrible singer, the 3D would show me that I was a terrible singer.

living in the 4D means we cannot focus on getting our desire in the 3D, as that would be pedestaling the 3D and grounding yourself in it. just like you cannot centre men in your life as a woman for the sake of your emotional health and self-esteem, you cannot centre the 3D for the sake of your manifestations.

on belief + believing even when you don't believe

this was a really difficult concept for me to grasp. how can I believe in something when I know it's not true? how can I fake a belief?

it's actually terribly easy to. the first step to believing when you don't believe is persistence.

have you ever had an ironic inside joke with your friends, or just did something ironically? I guarantee you, over time it became a natural part of your life, your vocabulary, your mannerisms. that's because your subconscious doesn't know when you're kidding. your subconscious is probably more autistic than you are, in that it will take what you say or do at face value and apply it to your personality. (really makes you think about how often self-deprecating jokes aligns with poor mental health, huh?)

that's why persistence is key. even if at first you don't believe, continue to enforce the idea that you do until it actually manifests within your mind.

decentring the 3D

I came up with this idea after hearing about the feminist concept of decentring men.

what is decentring men?

the concept of decentring men is to turn away from patriarchal and male-centric perspectives and beliefs, instead turning inward and focusing on your own wants, wishes, desires, and needs. instead of looking for validation through men or other social means, you simply validate yourself. where you may have valued the social norm or others, you instead place yourself at the centre of your own life.

how can we decentre the 3D?

just like the patriarchy has taught us to seek validation from external factors like men, the world has taught us to find validation in what is right in front of us — the 3D.

like decentring men, we must learn how to find satisfaction and validation in the 4D instead of seeking instant gratification from the 3D. there are many ways to do this, including;

understanding that you are in fact in your DR / already have your manifestations

it's agreed that time is not linear, it is simply that our brain processes it as such. even if you do not personally believe in shifting or the multiverse, it has been widely agreed that time moves in all directions, not just forward. by that reasoning, you already have your desire, and you're already in your desired reality, because events exist even when our brains have not yet processed them.

take the 3D as though it were someone doubting you

have you ever expressed a dream, desire, aspiration to someone, only to be told you could never do it or it's not possible? think of the 3D as being the same way. what do you do then?

prove them wrong. brush it off your shoulders. read my post about how to do this here.

Schrödinger's Cat — understanding that you are in your DR until you allow yourself to view otherwise

Schrödinger's cat is a thought experiment that boils down to the fact that we cannot guarantee an outcome if we do not experience it, i.e. a quantum superposition, which is the principal that something can exist or be represented by multiple values (or outcomes).

the cat is both alive and dead on a quantum level, until we observe an outcome. a path has not yet been carved until we align ourselves to one. you may benefit from my post on the butterfly effect and how it validates shifting and infinite realities, which you can read here.

close your eyes. you are both in your desired reality and your original reality until you prove to yourself otherwise, as in, opening your eyes. at the same time, thanks to infinite realities, you are both in your desired reality, your original reality, and infinite more until you choose to become aware of one singular reality.

when you choose to shift, you are in your desired reality until you allow yourself to come back to your original reality, by quitting. lean into that knowledge — allow yourself to truly feel that when you visualize, affirm, or try to shift to your DR, you are genuinely there. find validation and satisfaction in that. allow yourself to say I shifted whenever you do those things.

as to how you can let yourself say you've shifted when in terms of the 3D, you haven't — that's what the next section is all about.

participating in the 3D

how can we live in the 4D, find satisfaction in the 4D, all without abandoning the 3D? how can we participate in the 3D without forsaking our manifestations?

have you ever been in a situation where you know something, but the other person doesn't know that you know it? let's say you want to hear this person's unfiltered perspective, without justifications or explanations, to see what they add or leave out. you may act shocked to find out information you already knew, angry on their behalf when you know it is them who is actually in the wrong, or confused when you actually aren't.

do exactly that with the 3D, treat it like you would a lying friend or boyfriend when you want to collect all information. you can still be honest about the events in the 3D and your experience with them while also not letting them influence your internal world and 4D.

you don't and shouldn't post success stories publicly if you haven't done them in the 3D, but you can absolutely allow yourself such within your own mind. keep 3D events in the 3D, and keep 4D events in the 4D.

in the 3D, I'm an awful singer and will admit so, but within the 4D and my own mind, I am brilliant and beautiful.

living in the 4D doesn't mean to lie, it just means to compartmentalize your actions in the 3D and the 4D into separate boxes. this includes allowing yourself to feel emotions like frustration, sadness, doubt. let yourself feel them, let them pass, and then realign with your manifestations.

treat the 3D as though it were friend group one, where you act one way, and treat the 4D as if it were friend group two, where you act a different way.

treat your 4D self as though it were the 3D's child, and your 3D self as though it were the 4D's parent. you wouldn't want your child to see you sad, angry, or scared. you wouldn't want your child to see you feeling like things were out of control or not guaranteed. you would instead excuse yourself to a private moment, feel everything you need to in your own presence, and then return to your child more assured. make your child feel as though its dreams are guaranteed and already there. preserve your child's joy, belief, and innocence. do all of that for the 4D.

analogies that help me through tough times

1. imagine you’re watching a tv channel, that channel represents the reality you’re experiencing right now. there are other channels, other programs existing at the same time, you’re just tuned in a specific program, that doesn’t mean the rest don’t exist. you shift by grabbing the remote and changing the frequency, changing the channel to the one you’d prefer.

2. when you’re at a restaurant and you place an order, you know your food is coming, whether its taking 10 or 20 minutes, it doesn’t matter, you know its coming. in the meantime, you might enjoy the company you’re with, and even if you’re having a miserable time, you still know that your food is coming regardless.

3. whenever you think of unwanted thoughts, think of them as someone trying to fight you and you not engaging, you don’t react because you’re obviously not going to fight that person. or you can think of placing those thoughts on a cloud, observing it, and letting it go

4. watching a movie you already know the end to, you’re only playing out the rest of the movie

5. someone owing you money. you know you’re going to get the money back, you just can’t spend it yet. in the meantime, you’re thinking of ways you will spend it when you get your hands on them

6. placing an online order and knowing that it will get to you, no matter however many days it will take

7. a random person coming up to you on the street telling you how they hate your orange socks while you’re wearing white socks. you don’t react, you just keep walking.

. . . now these can be interpreted however you want but personally, i remind myself of these analogies whenever i’m feeling doubt, whenever unwanted thoughts creep up in general, & to remind myself of the mindset i want to adopt

whatever puts you in the state of knowing you have your desires — even if thats spinning naked in circles with leaves in your hands while chanting or hanging upside down from the celling like a bat, SO BE IT. that’s what you should be doing, not because someone else said it, but bc it feels good, it feels right to you. it’s all about you. if it feels good do it, if it doesn’t don’t do it. at the end of the day all those techniques serve the exact same purpose,, what is that purpose? feeling that you already have your desire.

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.

It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.

Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.

What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.

You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.

Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:

If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.

If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.

It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.

If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.

STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.

This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.

Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.

Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.

It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.

Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

shifting simplified ׂᨘ✦

(using the law of assumption)

— first and foremost; reality shifting happens in the mind because reality itself is built by your mind.

let me give you an analogy:

think of shifting like switching tv channels. each and every tv channel represents a different reality. all these channels exist at the same time but you’re only experiencing the one you’re “tuned into”, that doesn’t mean the rest of them don’t exist. just because you’re broadcasting one channel (your cr) doesn’t mean the others stop broadcasting (your dr’s). so what is it that you do? you grab the remote and change the channel.

“so how do i use the loa to shift?”

in short:

— 1. decide where you want to shift to

— 2. acknowledge but ignore the 3d. you’re probably thinking “wtf is this bitch talking about?” let me explain. be aware of your cr without denying or resisting it, realize that 3d = past assumptions. it’s not your reality, it’s not your ultimate truth so don’t throw a tantrum and let it affect you. yeah the 3d is showing you that you’re in your cr but it literally does not matter, if you’re in your dr in the 4d the 3d has no other option but to conform. you are in your dr.

— 3. live in your imagination & persist. the 4d — your thoughts, your feelings, your assumptions, it’s the only thing that matters. don’t let the 3d fool you because like i said 3d = past assumptions. focus on the 4d and trust that that is your reality, don’t give the 3d the power that it craves bc its a needy ass bitch…

Hello, I'm new to this app and the community too. I have some questions and I really see you as someone who can help me... That is, if you want to.

Lately in the last two months I've been feeling closer than ever to having the "click" to change my perception. I know a lot of things, but I prefer to just follow the simple. Just... I know my doctor is with me, I visualize/imagine myself "there", I imagine many things. I also know that dreams and imagination itself are also forms of shifting. It's just... This thing with perception really bothers me internally, but I try not to pay too much attention to it so as not to give the boost that this negative feeling wants. Keep faking it until you don't have too, right? That's what I do. I just need to talk about it. I'm having doubts whether I should just persist in what I already do and eventually the perception will finally change. I don't know if by "forcing" it so much I'm maybe grounding myself here or if this only happens if I think it can happen...

"Yesterday" I visualized it quite a bit, with great intensity i think. At a moment when I didn't realize it, I ended up falling asleep out of nowhere... Like a blackout, but I woke up in the cr... I woke up confused, it seemed like a lot of time had passed and it really had!!! I was listening to an audio about my dr. I think the audio itself helped me "feel" it more. I'm not sure how much time passed when I started but when I woke up suddenly the audio was already at the end. I'm sure I shifted and I'm sure I've shifted to two other realities. I literally have the confirmation of that. The problem is that I never seem to be able to stay "awake" to see everything, you know? I mean, if I'm "there" it seems like everything goes black or I forget everything. I don't know if it has something to do with perception or if I'm having a blackout wave. I don't know how to make it stop so I can stay "awake there". I really feel like I'm shifting, but I'm having trouble staying awake there and experiencing it all.

like you said, its better to stick to the “simple” which is what you already know, just try not to overstimulate your brain with too much knowledge because that’s what creates resistance.

let me give you two examples to show you what i mean when i say “the simple is what you already know”

1. when youre not trying to shift to your dr and you go to bed at night you dont count down from 100, you dont try to stay still, you dont set an intention, or maybe you do, my point is that you’re not ACTIVELY trying to shift — you still do though. you’re still going to wake up in your cr whether you do everything i mentioned or not, because you just know you will. thats the attitude you need to have when shifting to your dr and i know it’s hard but if you have to practice anything then i’d say it’s that, rather than setting an intention etc

2. you know how when you’re in your dr all you need to do to is think of your cr or say your safeword and you shift back immediately? why cant that happen vise versa? well, it can, you just have to decide that that you can shift to your dr as fast as you leave your dr.

i know a lot of us have a hard time believing that we’re in our dr’s but the good thing is, you dont have to! you can acknowledge your 3d of course, you dont have to act delusional and pretend you’re in your dr because we know that 3d = past assumptions.

the key here is to remind yourself that the 4d — your thoughts, your feelings and assumptions, THAT’S your reality. acknowledge your 3d and dont get affected by it, since that’s the result of your old assumptions, right? persist in aligning your assumptions with your dr no matter what the 3d is showing you!

now let me answer your question,

you dont have to stay awake to feel the shift happen, as long as you truly feel it, imagine it, believe it, it WILL happen whether you’re awake or asleep. if you adopt that mindset it will become a lot easier for you because once again you’re the one who makes the rules. some people say before they shifted they experienced what you said you experienced, others simply close their eyes and wake up there, don’t force the shift to happen in the way you want it to because no one knows how it will happen!

why you’ll never shift

“i have such a good feeling for today, i’ve been affirming for an hour and i feel like today is the day im finally going to shift”

*wakes up in cr*

*curses everybody, the universe, the stars for not being aligned etc*

if this is you, listen up, here’s why you never “fail”:

1. you are always shifting, constantly, with every decision, thought and action. waking up in your cr doesnt mean you failed, you just aligned your consciousness with the reality in which you woke up in your cr, so technically it’s impossible for you to fail.

2. the moment you change your perspective, is the moment you’ll be taking a big step forward, not by doing your 50 step pre-shifting routine. this perspective change in itself is a form of success, because once again, shifting is a personal journey, you learn a lot not only about the universe but also about yourself

3. every experience adds to your journey bringing you closer to your dr. understand that you’re closer to your dr than you think you are. stop acting like your dr is at some galaxy far far away from you, its a blink of an eye away, literally.

if you dont understand these simple facts, you dont understand shifting and what it really is

— i believe that the term “shifting” is setting a lot of people back because it makes us think, subconsciously or consciously, that shifting is a step by step process we have to do, and that’s why i think a lot of people i’ve talked to have shifted accidentally at a young age before knowing anything about it.

so i highly suggest looking at shifting the way a small child would, let your imagination run wild! be excited about it and don’t bring logic into it, it never was about logic. a small child wouldn’t care about that would they?

➤ stop thinking of the “how”, a small child wouldn’t worry about the how if they knew they could do it just by pretending they’re already there (they are, they’re just aligning themselves with that version of themselves)

➤ stop worrying about the “when”, a small child wouldn’t worry about the “when” if they knew they could do it the same day/night

unlearn everything you know about shifting

alright, listen up and hear me loud and clear. stop holding yourself back, stop consuming so much media to the point where you overwhelm your brain. you really think that you have to do sooo many things or think a certain way in order to shift? really?? you’re creating unrealistic expectations and making shifting something that its not. before you knew of the term you were still doing it, you didn’t need methods, subliminals etc, so why do you think you need them to shift now? bc you’re shifting to a fictional place? bc it seems too good to be true? bs. that reality you want to shift to is as real and as important as the one you’re in rn.

— what to do; imma hold your hand when i say this because i really don’t think most of you understand how important this is.. take. a. break. take a break and START OVER, really start over, unlearn everything. if you would just stop persisting on something that clearly doesn’t work for you and you’d focus on what shifting ACTUALLY is and not what you’ve made it out to be in your head you would have already shifted.

why do you think those who know nothing about shifting and aren’t even really interested in it (we all know someone like that), succeeded on their first try? maybe because they didn’t freak out about the “how” and “when” or maybe because they didn’t research for information on every platform that exists..

i took a year long break (not saying you have to as well) and it honestly helped so much. i have created a new mindset after 3 years of trying and at that point i was tired of knowing so much about this topic yet still “failing” every time, so i looked for ways i could make it easier for myself. after i sat down and thought of what the ideal way to shift would be for me, i tried shifting once after that break without having any expectations and felt closer than ever to my dr.

im sure you’ve heard this a bunch of times but i don’t think you’re really listening. shifting is a personal journey, what works for others may not work for you. discover what aligns with you and apply that. stop listening to what others do that help them shift and taking it for granted. yes you can get inspired by them but please remind yourself that all you truly need to shift is your brain, it really is that simple. “but i’ve tried everything, nothing works” okay, you’ve tried everything, so how does trying absolutely nothing sound to you? pretty exciting huh? no method is the best method and i stand by that.

you do it all the time.

꒰ 🫐 ꒱ so, I've been busy traveling these past few days but when I checked my anons, I had at least six people asking me about the void and how to disconnect from your physical senses, because it would detach your awareness from this current reality completely and when you think about your dr, your awareness has no choice but to go there entirely. this has helped me shift the most. and I am a baby shifter.

꒰ 🌊 ꒱ is it hard? no. It is the easiest thing you can ever do. WHY? because you enter that state everyday!! you can induce it any second of the day because you DO enter that state anytime of day anyway!! that feeling in between drowsiness and taking a nap is detachment from physical senses. sleeping is already detachment from physical senses which we've been doing since babies. that feeling of you in your dreams no matter how weak or how lucid, you're detached from your physical senses and you CAN tap into it and set your intention there. zoning out. going on autopilot, that is being detached from your physical senses.

꒰ 🫐 ꒱ so what's the first step? INTERNALIZE THIS!! sit down and be like "wait a minute, I am capable of shifting because I have always been doing methods like detaching physical awareness (in between wakeness and sleep, in a dream, zoning out), being aware of my dr (daydreaming, thinking, scripting, talking about said dr, remembering things about said dr) and affirmations. (which can look like doubts. hey. doubts. mhm. if you're capable of doubting, you're capable of reprogramming your mind through suggestive thoughts (affirmations) but you're just leaning into something more resistant against your desires)

꒰ 🌊 ꒱ next step, INDUCE IT. what do I mean? okay. storytime: I once forced myself to play a guided meditation I didn't really like or wouldn't enjoy because I thought I would only continue shifting if I forever relied on methods.. but I got frustrated when we were in countdowns because I was so unfocused and it made me hyperaware of my physical surroundings so I just stopped the guided meditation entirely and I thought to myself "okay try meditating on your own." I ended up zoning out to a really repetitive scenario that wasn't even my DR but in the middle of it, I was like "hold on we are not in our bodies anymore" then I closed my eyes and boom. complete darkness. what happened? I was aware that I was there. stayed there. It felt like one minute. then I felt as if my awareness rolled upwards or something when I completely let go and I entered a weak dream related to my dr. I woke up and hours passed by, but it was weird because I was so aware that I was in a nap for a long time.. and between those dreams I would go back to darkness if I remembered my dr but I didn't set the intention to shift YET.

꒰ 🫐 ꒱ so it's that easy. your mind always goes through states of physical detachment and absence of awareness to your body and physical surroundings, it just automatically goes to sleeping or "shutting off" because that has been what you've been doing your whole entire life. I could go on and tell you how to reality shift here, (but in short just think, daydream, or intend to shift your awareness to your dr, NOT the command (unless you want) but within the environment of your dr as if you're already there) though.. to answer your question, "how to detach physical awareness".. My answer is:

you do it all the time.
