Teufelsberg: “Berlin as a little island of dreams”
If you are getting tired of city life has to offer, that this route of Interraling begins with (we are coming to more warm and fuzzy beaches later on, stay tuned). Teugelsberg is the perfect expedition to do and experience an extraordinary perspective of Berlin. Teugelsberg is an old spy facility, located in the west part of Berlin, whereas the facility is build upon an artificial height in Grunewald. The top of the height is 120.1 meter above the sea level, making it Berlin’s highest point. And the spy facility with its towers makes the view exceptional. To get there you will have to take the metro out to west Berlin and walk for 20 minutes but it is totally worth it! You can walk around in this old and abandon spy place and go up to the towers and experience the most incredible view over Berlin. And as our interview person said “Berlin looks like a little island of dreams” since berlin is surrounded with its green forest. You think that Berlin is an on going city that never ends, but up here you can see the city in a new perspective. Great excursion to do with your friends or family!

Small context: I was replaying metal gear solid 3 before and also rereading the seventh comic of tf2, and i have one thing to say from which i hope that i won’t count as someone crazy and delusional. Anyways, here it goes (i told this in a random discord server before)

Explaining this. Naked Snake and The boss we could say are like son and mother, the boss was also his mentor and taught him lots of things, but because of the job of having to be a “mercenary/spy” she had to leave her son by himself, and he of course also ended up being just like her, working for the government in the cold war time and in top secret missions. On the other hand we got Scout and Spy, the frenchman himself is a spy and we could say that had to leave Scout hanging with his mother but if i’m not wrong there’s no reason why confirmed, but based on some thinking i did, i think it is potentially because of his job as a spy and that he technically works for the politics and so has to get separated from his family. As in said in mgs the government doesn’t care if you’re family or have other feelings towards someone, if they are in the enemy “team” you have to neutralise them, that’s the case of the boss and naked snake, they ended up in different sides of the war and had to (spoiler alert) ||Have we could say a duel in which naked snake won and killed his mother the boss, then also acquired the title “big boss”|| I find similarities between those two family bondings because they are both parent and son who had to leave each because of the problematic and very dangerous job of which they can’t tell anything about and neither do anything about. One difference only is that the boss and snake know that they are related, but scout doesn’t know that spy is his father. Also in the last comic we can see that Spy even tried avoiding telling the kids that he is their grandfather due to not bring involved in their lives. Like idk i might seem delulu a lil i just see those so similar idk what abt u guys pls don’t think that i’m insane (oh i totally am)
