Another human WoF design, this time it’s Sunny! My sister… I love her 😭
In my human AU any animus dragons plus their direct children and/or grandchildren have pointy ears.
SandWings are based off African ethnicities, and NightWings are based off south Asian ethnicities.

I was reading Brightest Night and I noticed how Sunny describes Smolder’s voice as sarcastic-sounding, even if he’s not necessarily being sarcastic. Idk I thought it was funny 😅
Tui T. Sutherland: Aside from her gold scales and lack of a tail bard, Sunny is almost indistinguishable from a regular SandWing; it’s hard to tell she’s half NightWing at all!

I disappeared for a little bit longer than I’d intended, but for good reason! I was working on this drawing and I’m soooo happy with it!
This is Sunny from Wings of Fire by Tui T Sutherland, my favorite book series! I don’t draw dragons very often because I have a hard time with them, especially fullbodies, but this turned out great in my opinion! I really like my interpretation of Sunny. The flag she’s holding is the aroace flag :)
I’m a HUGE fan of Wings of Fire, just ask any of my close friends 😂
