why is daroga so fat
Because of magnificent fur:
But I don't generally assign body shapes to my goober cats unless it's explicitly in the design of their human counterparts. So he can be anything you like.
Small cats are not always small characters (case in point: Kitty Cherik). I draw whatever best showcases my perception of the character.
(Drawing is from this comic. All Phantom of the Opera art here)
Pharoga kisses, requested by @ruvyn29
Listen, I have something very wholesome and sad planned. I do. But in the meantime -
The first one is called "Where's Erik?" The second one I'd rather not explain.
(Shoutout to the Cheriks, I couldn't bear to crop them out)
Prompt number 10: Kisses from this list - comment or send asks with a number if you want unhinged content like this.
More pharoga cats here! Less specific POTO stuff here.
Gremlin Cat Erik returns with his ducky swimmers! It should be a tag now, I've drawn them at least three times already
More Pharoga cats here, all POTO cats stuff here

I really like your poto cat drawings! They are very very cute! I hope you do not mind me drawing them!
GREMLIN! FLOOF! Come and look at this!
Mind?! You don't understand, I was giggling and physically, actually kicking my feet when I saw this!
Ooohhhh, it's so soft and sweet! Erik has his tiny forehead hairs and his tuxedo, and the Persian is big and fluffy and Putting Up with Shenanigans!
More Pharoga cats here, I NEED to draw more of the Daroga, it's unacceptable that I've neglected him, here's him having an interview with Leroux.
Erik feels a bit lonely on Christmas.
(Let me make clear that I only ship Pharoga on condition that they are a fluffy perisan cat and a bald gremlin sphynx cat. But in this particular case, I will do it often and obnoxiously.)
Erik DOES cook chicken. The meal is canon, people. More (very canon) Pharoga cats here!
He uses a lasso, how could I not? When I found out that Ramin Karimloo's Phantom has a fancy hat, it settled the matter.
I recently found out Love Never Dies exists and will be spending the rest of my life pretending it doesn't. This is what I believe Erik would do if he went to America. He'll be fine, lots of train tracks to blow up.
More Phantom cats here, human Phantom drawing here.
Daroga, what did they do to you!?

Phantom of the Opera props on display at the House of MinaLima, Wardour Street, London.
This is the shop of a couple of designers who have made a lot of props for the Harry Potter movies. Well worth a visit!
