Amelia In Paris Posters
I make it a point to try to learn something new every day, these lessons usually revolve around things like "why we don't put our bare hands in the oven to adjust food on a tray while the oven is on" or "why we watch our feet while walking through a house that has small children who leave their toys everywhere" or, my personal favourite, "why we turn the lights on before we go downstairs to use the loo at 3am" Today I decided to learn something new in a fun way! I present to you...my very first sims 3 recolour :D

I needed wall decor for my sims daughter Amelia, who is an artist and has gotten the wish to go to France 3 times since she aged up to a teen last week, so I figured what better way to represent who she is then to make her some oil painting style posters drawn from Parisian inspiration <3
This is a recolour of @auroraeternal's conversion of @cosmiccs44's grouped posters. I followed their tutorial to learn how to do this recolour, so I would like to say thank you, Aurora!!
For now this is a single swatch but I will be messing around with more styles in the future now that I have figured out how to do these. I have compressorized it, lawd knows we need all the spare kb's we can get to avoid lag. It is not recolourable but, honestly, why would you want to, that would just be weird :D

I love opening my tumblr and seeing beautiful inspirational screen shots, new mods to fix old issues, clothes/ furniture to add a touch of newness to my game, people getting along and supporting each other over a common passion, you help keep this game fresh and interesting for me. Your efforts and talents do not go unnoticed!
I have spent the last 3 years watching this world come to fruition, today was its release! Thank you @intothesimulation for all of your hard work and time, this world is beautiful from beginning to end.

I love this diner by @thesimperiuscurse ❤️ I made a few changes by adding the java bar thingy that came with university,adding a diner Rabbit hole in the kitchen with the eat outside mod so sims can get served by waiters, a bar from late night and popcorn and cotton candy machines.
