Ok but… in 2018 you KNOW forks high would have a meme page and all the cliques would have running jokes in their group chats… 28139 of the memes would be about the Cullens and how fucking weird they are… someone would be like “I saw Rosalie hale take a bite of an apple today” and another person would be like #soundsfakebutok, people would constantly be making jokes about Cullen family incest, there would be a running gag of What Diet Are The Cullens On This Week, people coming up with increasingly wild theories about what they do on their “camping trips”, sneaking picture of them making bizarre expressions and captioning them with shit like “tfw ur a genius supermodel but u got (5) raindrops on ur shirt&ruined ur aesthetic so now u want to die”, creating Cullen bingo cards with stuff like “growling during class” “magically knowing the right answer even when they weren’t paying attention” “not blinking for 5 minutes straight” “looking like they want to murder everyone for no reason at all” etc etc etc
Just imagine the Cullens being half cryptid, half meme at forks high
The one (1) time when Bella convinced Emmett to go to a rave, and under the impression they couldn’t get high, took multiple (219) substances from multiple strangers. The above photos were taken hours before the drugs Hit and they disappeared for 3 weeks. Finally, Esme recieved a call from South Dakota, where the Chaos Twins had successfully franchised a string of Waffle Houses. Carlisle’s internal scream lasted an entire year.
Recovering from the winter exam season by rereading some good @therealvinelle and @thecarnivorousmuffinmeta fics, in this case this amazing one that inspired me to paint THE most satisfying moment to ever appear offscreen the murder and immolation by fire of the ever annoying Eleazar and poor Carmen, whose main fault is her horrible taste in men. Poor Carmen. Also I love Jasper in this fic.
As per usual the casting is consistent with the muffinelle verse as per this post.
To recover from the stress of med school (exams in September are a sign of Satan's influence on the world) I've been re-reading some of @therealvinelle and @thecarnivorousmuffinmeta 's brilliant fics (seriously, I spent whole afternoons laughing like an idiot).
To have it set in the muffinelle-verse I used these for the casting:

(Luckily all other characters don't have any close up shot and can have vague and blurry features.)
Overall it was a fun exercise in working fast and loose and not getting bogged down in the details as I usually do when I work digitally.

It's a work in progress and I am not sure this is the way I evision the characters, but I like it quite a lot.
