If someone wants you in their life, they will do anything to keep you in it.

And if they don't want you in their life, absolutely nothing you do or say will make them change their mind.

Stop trying. Do not beg anyone to want you. You are much more worthy than that.

whatever you're going through, istighfar is the solution. your sins block khair coming to you, make istighfar and see how it changes your life.

When you wake up, before getting out of bed, close your eyes and whisper to yourself, “Thank you for the gift of this new day.”

You woke up. This is a new day. You can use the teachings from yesterday to make new decisions, take aligned actions, and use your breath to live fully in the moment.

Your breath is your superpower. It keeps you alive.

So use today like this:

When you begin feeling overwhelmed and stressed, simply pause, take a few breaths, connect back to the moment, and begin again.

(Life is a gift. Wake up every day and realize that.

Speak the truth at all time, but let it come from a heart filled with love to see the other become better.

Speaking the truth without love is cruelty, so also to love without speaking the truth is deception.

Most people don't know the true meaning of being truthful, which means to tell the truth with empathy, to do it in love, instead of just saying whatever is on your mind disregarding the damage you can cause.

Speak your mind, but ensure the words you find are true, loving and kind.

People can get hurt with the truth you speak, and that's okay, as long as you say it with the goal of helping the other grow, learn and become better person.

It becomes dangerous and wicked if you speak it with the intention of damaging another. Whatever you do, do it in love, anything other than that is far away from the truth.

Speak the truth, no matter how difficult, but do it in a gentle, kind and inoffensive manner. Let the other see you have his or her best interest in heart. Your motivation to speak should be as a result of love, and must be delivered with wisdom.

For the goal of truth is freedom, not destruction.

You may be doing all the right things but you're not seeing results. You keep asking the Almighty and you think it's all come to a standstill.

Don't give up.

Keep enduring, keep persevering. It's always darkest before dawn.
