I Love How MXTX Has A Load Of Other Characters Around WWX Who Have Certain Similar Traits He Likes In

I love how MXTX has a load of other characters around WWX who have certain similar traits he likes in LWJ but doesn't bat and eyelid at in others.

Like someone said in a recent post, LXC is pretty much identical to LWJ in looks other than his slightly darker eyes and smiling features. Yet, WWX is only interested in LWJs beauty.

He loves seeing LWJ angry, but he's unfazed when WQ (also a known beauty and prodigy) gets angry at him.

Mianmian (also considered pretty) reacts to his teasing and is flustered/angry much like teenji - but the only thing WWX cared about was getting herbal medicine from her perfume pouch for LWJ. He later forgets all about her, unlike everything and anything to do with LWJ.

It's like MXTX gave us these parallels to really drive home that WWX only has eyes for LWJ. She highlighted different aspects of LWJ in others and then showed us how uninterested WWX is unless it's LWJ.

It reminds me of her comment on finding it hard to match WWX with anyone other than her first drafted love interest LWJ. Because it was always him! WWX refused to have anyone but his Lan er-gege.
