Depression isn't just being sad. I can't just try not to think about it. I can't just cheer up. Don't tell me I'm ok when I'm crying or not eating. I let it drown me. It feels natural. The numbness feels good.

Whenever you feel the need to disappear, there's refuge in putting in earbuds, sitting in your room, and listening to music. It's amazing. You can just disappear.

I'm tired of people telling me that I'm ok. I'm not! I just want to be alone and die. I want to go outside but i can't find the will to do it. It's nice outside, but i can't go out. My room is my only refuge. I know no one's going to read this but i just need to rant. The thoughts consume me. The only thing that helps is music. But in the silence that's when they get to me. Once they're there, there's no stopping them. I sleep the day away.

It hurts more everyday. I let it consume me sometimes. It feels natural now. The numbness feels good? I don't know anymore. I don't know what to feel. I feel everything and nothing all at once.
