Following up with your post, I did a little searching around; it seems that sunlight increases serotonin levels, which helps in elevating your mood and generally making you feel happier. It’s been associated with SAD (seasonal affective disorder), which is seen in some people during the winter months due to decreased sunlight. Truly fascinating stuff! @slenderpawk
