‘Why is trending so weird’ because of tag spam. Because people (and bots) are tagging like it’s Instagram.
This is spam. It’s against TOS and it throws trending completely out of whack, along with being wildly annoying.
Please, please, PLEASE report posts like this as spam, because otherwise it’s just gonna get fucking worse
There's something hilarious about how so much subsequent media has positioned Vampires and Werewolves as, like, binary opposite entities, and then you read Dracula (1897) and realize that wolves are that guy's preferred solution to every problem. You'd say something to Dracula about "ah yes, werewolves, vampires' great eternal enemies," and he'd just be like "you mean my subcontractors?"
When vampires are portrayed as mainly preying on women that's so unrealistic like I'm sorry but they're too careful especially around strange men. Dudes are much easier. You could literally lurk in a bush in the park at night and call out "whoa look at this fucked up looking squirrel" and have 3 grown men climb in immediately
The QSMP fandom has a bit of a problem about reblogging, we know this, and it's absolutely heartbreaking to experience as an artist and writer because like? How else are our creations supposed to spread! We need people to interact with our posts and reblog them so other people can see our art!
But also? People are bad at commenting, and I don't mean that in "Wow, only two words? What a loser!"
Nah, I mean that in the "Why isn't anybody commenting :(" way, and it's especially bad these days. Writers pour hours and days into their writing, and artists pour just as much into their art, but at least artists can sometimes get keysmashes in their activity feed from people who like their art.
What do writers get? A like, if that.
This is how you lose your writers. You forget to cherish them (lol, Suite Life reference anybody?) But, seriously, leaving a comment or an ask or even a tag in a reblog is enough to let writers know that people are reading their work. Otherwise, writers feel like they're writing 5k words for an empty audience, and they lose motivation. They stop writing, and people wonder where they went.
QSMP fandom! Leave comments for your fanfic writers, please! Let them feel the same love the rest of the community feels! We're a wonderful community, we just need to share the love some more! If we don't, we risk losing our artists and writers, and literally nobody wants that
It's not because June ended that we shouldn't learn who to be respectful to others

Heyo! With pride month starting, here's a quick comic on pride Etiquette, a short guide / general tips on treating lgbt+ people, for the new, curious, and those who forgot!
1) Treat people's identities as the indisputable truth. Even if you don't think they fit the definition, even if you don't understand (the identity), even if you think they're lying, even if they're a bad person. It's not your job nor your business to tell people what to call themselves. Unless they ask for your opinion, only the individual can make that decision.
*There's very few times when an identity can actually be harmful. This includes predatory labels, labels that are bigoted by definition, or people identifying with culture-specific labels when they're not part of that culture. Otherwise, leave them be!
2) Respect and use people's pronouns, regardless of how you feel about them! If you don't know how they work, ask! If you accidentally misgender someone, correct yourself and move on! No need for lengthy or dramatic apologies. However, also make sure to ask when it's appropriate to use them! Someone may not be out to parents, certain friends, etc, and will ask you to purposefully misgender them for safety.
3) LGBT+ people are not responsible for someone else's anti-lgbt+ views! Strange, unbelievable or confusing identities do not cause bigots to be bigots- the lgbt+ community was made because we don't fit society's box, don't fall into the trap of forcing people into another one! If they're not actually hurting anyone, then leave them be!
4) You're not expected to learn every single lgbt+ term / identity. Nobody knows all of them, not even lgbt+ people, so don't worry about it! Simply learn and ask questions as you go!
5) If you're curious about someone's identity, ask if they're comfortable with questions first! There's no harm in educating yourself, but sometimes we get tired of being walking encyclopedias!
Thanks for reading, and happy Pride!!!
I’ll explain it to everyone listening, why Zach Synder’s Superman is so soulless and hollow
Superman isn’t about how good it would be to have power, it’s about how someone with power can be good
Hello Everyone!
Today is the first day of the weeklong strike for a ceasefire in Gaza.
I have realized that I do not think the message has spread far, at least on this website. This might be due to the lack of internet in Gaza, it has been down for days. Not much can be said by the citizens there, it's like some people forgot about them. I encourage all of you to share this post, or make your own, letting everyone know about this strike. This is something that should transcend the aesthetic of your blog. My blog was a gimmick blog, but for this week, it is a blog for spreading information and awareness.
Bisan Odwa (@wizard_bisan1 on instagram) has called for this strike. She is a journalist from Gaza, who has been experiencing this horrid violence for 15 weeks. 107 days. 2568 hours.
These were the images she posted, calling for this strike:
Reblog this, share this. Do not stop until every supporter of Gaza knows what we must do this week.
Free Palestine, Free Gaza, Ceasefire now!

Someone made a point about Heartstopper which was so true and just made me realise one of the reasons why Heartstopper was so good. Basically they said that the show has tension but doesn’t create discomfort for the viewer that a lot of romance does. I never really noticed until I was thinking about how most romance wether in drama or comedy makes me have to walk out a room or hide behind a cushion, I can still enjoy a romcom if I watch with my mum but I can never properly sit through it. But Heartstopper was enjoyable and happy and I felt a sense of anticipation rather than dread. It was more romantic because every couple felt full of love and care rather uncomfortable drama. They communicated and built a relationship in a way that I haven’t seen before. You could truly see how much every couple cares for each other
