i was up at 2AM js pondering why my mindset felt all sh!t & then had a 'eureka!' moment.

Lately, i found myself feeling angry, frustrated, doubting, having intrusive thoughts & felt anxious 24/7 and its like, why couldn't i use this to my adventage? So now, i'm affirming "whenever i feel negative emotion/states, i manifest my desires a billion times easier" and it is working wonders for me. Now i feel like no matter what, nothing, i mean NOTHING can stop me from getting what i want.

So what im tryna say is, use you feeling frustrated, etc to ur advantage. If you feel frustrated about manifesting/desires, you can simply affirm that whenever u feel these feelings, u manifest so much easier. That way, you can feel much more content with manifesting, knowing that no matter what u experience, your desires will materialise regardless.

If you checked my post below this one at the bottom of the post I was saying i was trying to enter void state using yoga nidra (Jason Stephen yoga nidra his worked the best for me) I didn’t enter last night bcuz my muscle was jerking so I thought it would mess up my progress buttt it was just falling asleep quickly so if I js ignore it and didn’t pay so much attention I would’ve entered the void state and that’s what it’s going to happen tonight im deciding and allowing myself to go in the void state finally after so long (since 2021) im gonna stop yapping and update yall later but yesterday was night 1 so the first update will be from yesterday night

5/16/24 - did the guided meditation (Jason Stephen’s) at 2:00 am 2x and affirmed and didn’t enter bcuz of the muscle jerks I was having .

same day - At 5:00 am rn i did the meditation and affirmed but i was not in right state it helped feel relaxed kinda but i was not focused on the meditation. so it didn’t get me into that state of deep consciousness that i tapped into 2 days i wasn’t focused on what he was saying and was kinda late to his commands some i didn’t even know what to focus on buttt i sooo recommend his yoga nidra and I spelled his name wrong it’s Jason Stephenson yall 😭but like i was saying i recommend his vid sm 2 days ago when I was focused on it I felt idk how to explain it but like a good light headedness when I was done . So I js wasn’t focused enough tho. I needed to ground myself kinda but yh guys happy manifesting and shiftingggg🫶🏾✌🏾

5/17/24- didn’t do it 😁

5/18/24- i just tried a 2hr yoga nidra guided meditation by ally boothroyth and I didn’t even do deep breaths I js laid there focusing on my breath listening to her talking. I didn’t do any deep breathing exercises bc I’m not really good at them and I’m lazy 😭 i wanted to do a longer version bcuz I js thought it was better bc it’s 2hrs and Ik I’m gonna probably enter/wake up in the void by then and I’m not a fan of silence it makes me bored and fall asleep i started seeing a light white flashes it wasn’t literally flashing at me but like yk when ur under water and u see the waves type shii thats how it was and then my left hand started feeling floaty and then I started feeling like I was spinning like I was a roasted pig on a bonfire and yea then I opened my eyes! im definitely going to try this tn !!! I’ll update u guys tmrw!!!!!!

5/19/24- I tried it this morning and my hand felt floaty that’s it my end time was 23:22.

5/25/24- hey guys ik I’ve been distant and im ngl i haven’t rlly been doing anything these past few days i going to stay off of tumblr for a while and stay consistent with my void journey but off social media i love u guys sm and im thankful for u guys sticking by me and watching my progress. once I get into the void I’ll come back and tell u guys my experience and what I manifested im going to stay on tumblr and give u guys advice !! Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)

 ⋆・. ˳ . ⋆ Induction Technique For The Void State ⋆・. ˳ . ⋆

THE TECHNIQUE :

This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -

" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!

HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :

Step 1 - SELF HYPNOSIS

So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!

Alpha state meditations :

Alpha reinforcement excerise, second one

Alpha State pink shared <3, same mediation with theta waves and no call back!

Alpha state binaural beats + alpha state meditation

In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.

After completing any of the above you'll surely be in alpha state.

How does alpha state feel like :

• Relaxed, Sleepy, Calm , Slow thoughts.

Step 2 : INDUCTING SYMPTOMS

Let me give you a break down firstly on the different type of void symptoms, Body becoming numb, floating, seeing flashes of white/ images, Falling, any symptom is an indication that you're entering the void state.

After getting into alpha state, you can give your self suggestions of the symptoms and you can even use one word suggestions. You may say :

→ FLOATING, " I FEEL LIKE I'M FLOATING ", "MY BODY FEELS LIGHT" . YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOURSELF FLOATING WHILE SAYING THE SUGGESTIONS.

→ YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH BODY PART REPEATING THE WORD " NUMB" IN YOUR MIND OR YOU CAN SAY " MY BODY FEELS NUMB ", " MY BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D", " DETACHED ".

→ "MY THOUGHTS AND BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D ". "I AM NOW ENTERING THE VOID STATE ".

→ I AM NOW EXPERIENCING VOID SYMPTOMS "( LET YOUR MIND CHOOSE THE SYMPTOMS FOR YOU )"

Step 3 : ENTER THE VOID STATE

After inducing and feeling symptoms, you can affirm to enter the void state!!

Sunny is a fluffy little golden retriever puppy who loves belly rubs, zoomies, and chewing on things he probably shouldn’t. But most of all, Sunny loves treats.

One day, he heard the big dogs talking about something called the void.

"The void is where everything already exists," said the wise old husky. "You don’t have to chase it. You just have to know it’s yours."

Sunny’s floppy ears perked up. He had spent so much time running after things tennis balls, squirrels, that one butterfly he never caught. But what if he didn’t have to? What if he could just…have a treat?

So, Sunny did what he did best...he flopped onto the grass and got cozy. He closed his puppy eyes, his little tail thumping against the ground. He let everything go...no chasing, no waiting. Just being.

The world got quiet. No more distractions. Just the soft, warm darkness behind his eyelids.

"I am in the void," Sunny thought, his tiny body completely still. And in that space of pure knowing, he affirmed:

"I have a treat."

He didn’t peek. He didn’t whine. He didn’t roll over and check if it was there. He just knew.

And when he finally opened his eyes? Boom. Right in front of him...a big, delicious treat, waiting just for him.

Sunny wiggled in excitement, chomping down happily. He didn’t have to run, beg, or wait. He just had it.

And from that day on, whenever Sunny wanted something, he didn’t chase. He just laid back, relaxed, and let it be his....

So what we can conclude from Sunny's story?

Sunny’s story teaches us that manifestation isn’t about chasing...it’s about knowing. Just like he stopped running after things and simply trusted that his treat was his, we need to detach from desperation and step into certainty. The void is where everything already exists, and when we stop obsessing, checking, and forcing, things naturally align. Manifestation is effortless when we embody the feeling of already having it, because our reality mirrors our inner state. So instead of stressing over when and how, relax, trust, and let it come to you just like Sunny did.

FINALLY COMING TO REALIZATION

( if you don’t want to read the whole thing which I don’t blame you lol scroll down to the last bit <3 )

I have officially decided that i have everything i want and don’t care if the 3d shows me different because i know it’s not real. i am done entertaining the old story. I have stopped caring about irrelevant things . I’m living as the person who has already has it. if i got it in imagination then im good. i have became the person i always wanted to be.

that was a little vaunt/rant i wanted to say before i get into what i really want to talk about. I have came to the realization that i have been wasting time and energy into methods. (If you like/love doing methods and it works for you then keep continuing to do so <3) I tried meditating , the lullaby method,yoga nidra and so much more. when i found another method i gave up on the method doing before and went to the next. I even went back to the previous methods that did not work for me the first time desperately hoping that they would work. I was seeing angel numbers everyday multiple times (still do) so that was giving me hope. There were times i would get frustrated with the void/the law and just cry. Now im going to tell you what i personally think held me back ( btw i no longer identify with these things anymore!) i always used to procrastinate a lot and i would give myself these lectures and still did the same thing i told myself I was not going to do. I started getting more into states i found it interesting kinda. I even made an alter ego ( Miss Arianna Avalyń) that did help me with confidence I still use avalyń time from time. all Im really trying to say is the power is not in the method but its within YOU. I thought I had to affirm for hours or certain amount of time for the affirmations to really work but now I consider affirming once saturating my mind because it repeats a zillion times. I made my own rules. I’ve gotten into the state of knowing I already have what I want and don’t have to do anything else. most important part⇩

To make this simpler : YOU have all the power and control. YOU make the rules. YOU are God. everything starts and ends with YOU. YOU are limitless and YOU can do this <3 !

Think about it, manifesting is just thoughts. Your thoughts are affirmations which become assumptions which become hard facts. I think some people complicate it because they think you actually need to take action or do something but you don’t. It is so easy to manifest. If you just adopt the mindset that you get what you want instantly no matter what, then you are set in life. That itself is an assumption. Whenever you affirm just know you’re doing everything right because you always do. Idc what the 3d is showing, who gives a shit? You already have what you want now because you said so. You’ve read stories of people manifesting themselves out of abusive homes into mansions with their sp and all the money they want in a couple days… you’ve read stories of people manifesting major weight loss in two days… they just assumed they had it because they said so. That is all it is. I did it and so can you guys <3
