Not even NIGHTWING has that and he’s like THE character people think of when it comes to teen superheroes branching out on their own, like go him!!! He’s recognizable on his own now!!! you don't need to minimize other people's favorite because you have a favorite: it's okay to love damian, you don't need to shit on tim's character/erase his trauma. you can love tim and not shit on jason's run as robin. you can have cass or duke as a favorite and not diminish the other kids relationship with bruce and each other. and on, and on, and on.

Headcanon: Because Hal spends a lot of time in space where he's either alone or with aliens that aren't as social as humans, when he's on earth he's very physically affectionate with his friends

He also sometimes forgets that gravity and sound are a thing, for a while after he returns from space he'll accidentally drop several things because he expects them to float and he mostly communicates in gestures until he goes "oh wait I can talk" and immediately starts running his mouth.

The reason Cassandra Cain fans are so defensive of the idea of her being the best is because it's absolutely core to her character. It's not just a dumb fanboy power scaling thing, it's that this character literally only makes internal sense in that context. Part of the reason she puts the weight of the world on her shoulders, pushes herself past her limits every single night and rejects any and all attempts to help her is because in her mind she's the only one who can. It has to be her because no one else can do the things she can do.
