@chaetocercus has been enlightened me about marsupials and Soundwave w/ his little family and I can’t help but love it a lot 🦘 it’s very cute but also very cool considering how funky marsupials are! Also consider exhibit A: red kangaroo does (females) are also called blue-flyers because of their coloring! Little headcanon as a treat 🤭

Mandrake would keep you holed up in Wrathwood, where you’d be safe and sound and always under constant protection, if he could. But there is something so attractive about you being able to fight and hold your own. Expect him to be very handsy and affectionate, especially if you save his ass, on the battlefield. That wont stop him from chastising you though. Ignore how hot his face is, he WILL nag at you about coming to his aid while trying to bandage either your wounds or his own while also trying to keep his hands off of you in front of the soldiers.

the reason "robot racism" is often a really stupid metaphor is the same reason that like. discrimination against demons or vampires or whatever doesn't work, is because there's often a pretty justified reasons humans are scared of vampires or robots or whatever, in a way that doesn't apply to real life minorities, like a fantasy author will be like "the reason vampires are discriminated against is because most of them and kill and eat people for fun and pleasure, and so humans respond by trying to kill them, isn't that so sad" and like no that's a perfectly fine reason to not trust vampires i think.
