Bonus:
I cannot emphasize this enough…
I FUCKING LOVE YOU, KARLIE KLOSS
you know how to ball 🏀
I mean, it was pretty clear how much more comfortable Taylor is speaking with Caitlin Clark than the likes of BM and the other WAGs.
Goes to show what kind of people she actually gets along with vs playing friends.
The daisies are the only thing in color on the frame from Karlie's Mother's Day recap because it is an exact mirroring of the Taylor sighting.... let's take a look
The daisies in Karlie's are directly next to Garden roses and a peony, white ones to be exact. Which are the same 2 flowers in the pot right next to Taylor in her daisy dress-
They're the same picture.
TTPD is such a great song in that I do agree it’s from Karlie’s perspective and it’s all about her bringing Taylor back down to earth. Taylor, as a creative person, feels her emotions strongly, doesn’t forget anything, and seems to fall into fantasy to escape her reality—a defense mechanism many of us who have had difficult childhoods recognize as life saving in many ways
Taylor is now an adult though, and this song seems to give us the perspective that Karlie has to lovingly be like GIRL get it together—“you’re not Dylan Thomas I’m not Patty Smith, this ain’t The Chelsea Hotel we’re modern idiots” is such a gorgeous line that I believe speaks to Karlie trying to get Taylor to stop romanticizing the past / her own trauma and to just work through it
As an artist myself, I absolutely was worried at one point that working through my own traumas would make me less creative, less able to make expressive art—this song made me realize maybe Taylor has some of those fears as well *hence* we are still here in the Land of Bearding in 2024 and Karlie’s like Bitch Please I’m here and I’ll always be here to help
apparently ts interacted with two g/kaylors several times in GA Madrid N1 who held up a daisy sign yesterday..?
there are more pics of tay looking at them at the Source
It's like C L O C K W O R K !!!!!
Guess what just dropped in light of Karlie announcing her investment in women's basketball today and @gardengate-lor discovery that from Karlie attending the NY Liberty basketball game to Taylor and Caitlin Clark interacting at the Chiefs game it was exactly 3 months 18 days apart.
Caitlin "repping" Taylor. She said it herself
What "coincidental" timing that is. I wonder how antis are going to spin this one because it is so painfully obvious Taylor and Karlie are in collaboration. This many coincidences don't just happen like cmon.
Announced SAME DAY
Karlie JUST posted this and it didn't even take me 2 seconds to see that the easter eggs here for Uno (Karlie's Version) are:
1. A blue 5 as the top card because 1989 is Taylor's blue themed 5th studio album, and today is the "This Love" anniversary !!
2. A green 1 and a green 3 paired perfectly over each other to form a 13, this either being for Debut TV or Rep TV as green is considered a color for both but I'd say between the two it's a Debut TV easter egg
3. This is obvious because conveniently no other card numbers are visible in the pile, in fact all the red ones are covered up potentially indictiating leaving the Chiefs beard behind as it connects back to Taylor's original Uno game which was *checks notes*

Whispers
I’ve been thinking a lot about the theme of whispering in Taylor Swift’s lyrics, as ‘whisper’ is used repeatedly, album after album (36 times total).
I first noticed the connection of present day Taylor speaking to her muse in imgonnagetyouback the same way that she does in Enchanted.
This got me thinking about when it was that Taylor actually met Karlie, which if you do a deep dive into the lore as @sophietv did, you can see that it was likely in 2008. Enchanted was released in 2010.
Then there’s the connotation of whispering about a secret love, a forbidden love. It continues throughout Taylor’s work, a constant struggle to be with the one she cannot.
There are references to shared, secretive moments, whispered confessions. She’s with her lover in the dark, hidden away from public sight. Her true identity is concealed.
The connections, or Konnections rather, are so strong. When you peel back the layers of each album, you notice the continuity of themes and a singular muse in Taylor’s work. Her truth is clear. Her muse is undeniable.
Yeahhhh no I’m gonna need to see these two side by side.
