You're just so cute and scruffy. They like seeing how your ears flatten and how you hiss at the two of them. They just take all your anger with shit eating grins despite it all.

Despite the fact you probably have fleas, and you eat their trash to survive, they still can concede to the fact that they'd probably prefer you inside with them. It's dangerous out there, and how are they supposed to make fun of you if you end up caught in some demi-human shelter or killed?

You might not deserve to wear the diamond collars that they wear, but you'll certainly look better with some high quality leather and a little bell.

And when you're locked up inside with them, unable to leave their strong arms while being pinned between them, they can think of new, exciting ways to make you miserable.

Reminder they want to increase the budget for ICE from 3.5 to 45 billion dollars.

Reminder the majority of that will be for building new detention centers.

Reminder ICE are *currently* detaining tourists who can pay for a plane ticket home and people with visa issues that were already resolved, because they have to make quota so Trump can brag about the numbers going up.

Reminder most of these people were already in the immigration system - that's why they were easy to detain.

Reminder this is all at taxpayer expense.

The thing about reclaiming slurs is that once you've been affectionally called 'faggot' by friends, loved ones, and amiable fellows on the internet for long enough, you almost forget that it means something else to people who hate you.

Honestly at this point if a stranger on the street yelled "hey faggot!" after me, I'd probably turn around like "what?" like they'd just casually called me by name, and they were only trying to get my attention because they wanted to tell me something, before processing that they're being hostile.
