This one turned out way bettwe than I thought it would. It's not great, I just had very very very low expectations for it.

Birch tree forest I made for my sister at her request. It's been in her living room for forever ❤️

18x24" camvahs. will burn unless u get varnish again :D

8 1/2 hrs in total. 2 days. 6 non-consecutive hrs then the 2.5hrs consecutively the next day. 8 trees, the highlight/orange and the border=2.5 hrs work time.

+~20-30 mins (not including drying time) for varnish. 8 1/2 =/= varnished.

18x25 = ~9hrs (w this style)

Only used pencil and watercolor so had to think up another thing to do for the project

The glitch effect only worked sometimes in person. Prolly gonna go back to it soon both to figure it out and cos its fun

slide 7 was the hair before I realised that it's at the wrong angle

the skull is kinda out of place, proportionately inconsistent, and looks horrible if mirrored, but I love it.

this was my first choice for the discord thing but they specified that the drawing had to be from 2020.

Consulted the book thoroughly to make these depictions as accurate as possible. NGL this is not how I picture any of them (except maybe q33 north), and the same goes for my cousin. It's really funny, though. Really shows how ridiculous their outfits are 😭😭

Peacock drawing I did in really detailed layers because the plan was to plasma cut this out of aluminum sheets and then assemble them with spacers in between so it'd be a cool 3D peacock. Never ended up happening and also I think it would have been impossible/taken 1000 hours because I made the tail so detailed 💀

This was a painting me and my ex started way back when. I ended up taking it to my dorm and working on it periodically over the above timespan. I wanted to get it done before the end of the semester. I got pretty close, but there's still a few things I've got to do to finish up this painting.

It's a fun piece. I like nonsense things like this because there's no rules. Any problems/things that look wrong just add to the piece 😘😚

Was me figuring out colour theory- mainly just not shading with black to get more dynamic shadows or whtvr

Genshin fanart I've worked on on and off since around when I stopped playing.

Finished la signora's fanart during several calc lecs. Started using it as a way to practice adding the whole colour jitter when rendering to make it more interesting.

Development of colour theory understanding go woo.

I think it's funny that signora's literally unrecognizable because I gave up on adding all of her accessories (they wldve covered all of my hard posing work :( ).
