it’s so frustrating (and heartbreaking) to see so many writers going on indefinite hiatus / deleting their blogs because they are not motivated to write anymore. worst of all: people would always be like ‘no why are you leaving we don’t want you to do so :(’ but they were nowhere to be seen in our notifications beforehand. the lack of support on this platform is a huge issue and it’s a shame that content consumers don’t get the hint when writers have been waving the red flag for months. please support creators by rebbloging their posts, interact with them by leaving a few tags, a comment or an ask! if you’re too shy then hit that anon button and you’re good to go. show them that their works matter and you enjoy their blog, because when the decision to leave is made, it’s already too late.

Batkids + Bruce + Alcohol Let's do it First things first, Damian doesn't like alcohol AND HE'S A MINOR so he's excluded, and Bruce only waits for his kids to become 21 years old for these special moments Dick: The first time he had alcohol with Bruce was on his 21st birthday, and it's a night to remember because they both got white girl wasted and Alfred spent the entire night making sure they were comfortable and not stepping foot outside the manor as Batman and Nightwing. There's even a few photos of Bruce and Dick singing karaoke with glasses of craft beer in hand. Jason: Oh dear god. Not only did the motherfucker speak in an Irish accent, he also convinced a very drunk Bruce to dance with him to very loud Irish songs and Dick just sat there in horror but also astonishment because Bruce dancing is a sight to behold. Dick was a bit buzzed but not as drunk as Jason and Bruce. Tim: He got convinced to drink a few beers on his 21st birthday by Jason and Dick while Bruce was away but he came home with bottles of whiskey, tequila and vodka. Tim got excited, the four drank like crazy, and Alfred had a blast laughing at all of them because Tim was quoting Shakespeare while Jason and Dick were acting out a few scenes from Shakespeare's plays and Bruce was really fucking gone in the corner. (Damian would always watch them with Alfred and laugh too.) Duke: He knows how to party. Let's just say, the morning after Duke's 21st birthday was incredible because no one remembered what happened the night before and somehow Dick was on the roof, Jason fell asleep on the driveway, Tim somehow wound up in the bathtub of one of the bathrooms, and Bruce woke up on the counter in the kitchen. Duke was nowhere to be seen until the evening where he was found in the garden, snoring with a bucket of his vomit near him. Cassandra: She knows how to hold her alcohol as a first-time drinker, and she's bested everyone in many drinking games on her 21st birthday. Dick was in 5th place, Jason and Bruce came in 3rd place, Tim was tied with Duke on 2nd place and somehow Cass convinced Alfred to drink too. Even in the morning, she was sober and just a little bit tipsy after her 20th bottle of Jack Daniels. Stephanie: Light-weight but with a lot of violence! On her 21st birthday, she was already smashed after her 2nd shot of tequila but she kept going like a champion and fought Jason in drunken rage. She's pretty violent, and this took place not in the manor but at one of the bars in Gotham. There was a lot of fighting in the bar that night and a lot of regulars now respect her as she came out on top as the winner. Bruce also wound up in that fight and had to go to the hospital because he not only got the lights punched out but he wound up with a broken leg and a broken nose. It was pretty funny though. Bonus! Alfred drinking with Bruce when he turned 21. Oh my god. Alfred loves to tell the story at parties to embarrass Bruce who can't live it down, so here's what happened: When Bruce turned 21, he bought a lot of whiskey, rum and vodka as well as some craft beer, and he had the brilliant idea to try and outdrink Alfred in a contest. Now do note that Alfred knows very well how to hold his liquor to a godly level like Cassandra, and he had the honor of watching a 21 year old Bruce Wayne turn from serious and professional to loud, emotional and very giggly. He somehow ended up at his parents' gravestones and told his dad that he drank a horse full of whiskey before blacking out, falling over, breaking his nose on his mother's gravestone and having to be dragged home by his legs. Alfred will never forget it, and neither will he let Bruce forget it.
