This is brilliant. What materials did you have in mind? The obvious choice would be plastic, but depending on the size and structure of models, it may be too flimsy. We could use a metal of some type — that would be both sturdy and rather straightforward to melt down.

Plastics melt at much lower temperatures than metals, obviously, so that may prove to be an issue. It's something to think about. Of course, the materials could be interchangeable.

Adjustments to seat position should be easy to deal with as well, as they don't necessarily need to be powered. We can simply use dials or levers to alter such things. Not the most convenient, but it is simple.

Not immediately. He'll usually vanish to his lab for a while to try and get over whatever it is by himself, but 4/5 times he won't be able to and he'll eventually go looking for Xeno.
