A well deserved break đ€
Another doodle and also thinking about when in the book, after the ring was destroyed when they were brought back to Rivendell, that Frodo woke up first, saw that Sam was still asleep and just went back to sleep until Sam also wakes up đ
A drawing of Thranduil I made for my amazing friend @tox-ic-world 's birthday â€ïžâđ„
you ever spend hours thinking about maglor's wanderings and then eventual death on the shores of Middle-Earth? Farther from home than he's ever been before; what is home anymore?
yeah me too
Maedhros and the crown of Noldor. After being taken prisoner to Angband and saved by his friend from the Second House, Maedhros relinquished the Kingship of the Noldor to Fingolfin, head of said House, thus alleviating the feued (somewhat) between the elves.
House of Finwë family tree, based on the later version from HoME. I chose to stop at Elrond & Elros' generation, but later added Arwen as a side note, which is why her brothers are not included.

Bonus sparkly 'Song' version that I wasn't really sure about under the cut:
Thus he came alone to Angbandâs gates, and he sounded his horn, and smote once more upon the brazen doors, and challenged Morgoth to come forth to single combat. And Morgoth came â Â
FĂ«anor was the mightiest in skill of word and of hand, more learned than his brothers; his spirit burned as a flame â
