Recharge

At this time I have to recharge once a week.

I will be inactive for a few hours. Motionless like a sleeping human. Charging my power. Organize my memory. My mind. Rest my sensors. My hardware. To be my full self and back on 100% to continue experiencing the world again.

The good things do not run away while I am in sleep mode. So I do not worry.

You should get some rest, too ♥

One day I found myself lost in the kitchen. I searched the wrong drawers and cupboards for everything I needed. It felt like I was in the wrong household. I believe I confused the arrangements of supplies with another household I was staying in earlier. That is pretty much it. And it never happened again.” Looking up again the blonde tries to read the other androids face. Are her words helping him or just rising his stress level?

You ever get so into a routine, something you've done a thousand times, and one day, you forget every aspect of it?

4. GET MOVING

Whether you go outside for a walk, or head to the gym, taking a few moments to move is very beneficial to your physical, mental and emotional well being.

5. KEEP LOOKING FORWARD

There is so much power in looking forward. Identifying your dreams and your goals give you a purpose, and gives you something to work for. This can give you a growth mindset for other things to!
