I kinda want more pearly blue/purple/yellow sheen but I haven't found a way I like yet. It works fine on its own but it's a bit much when I mix it with the earthy tones/red butterflies. MIght just have to pick one, Lol *Wow I should have shaded this. He's almost invisible.

A batch of Magnuses drawn for a live art demo about telling a story with character design that I did last year.

In the lecture portion of the demo, I was trying to demonstrate how to tell a story visually through a character, which is a very complex task, but I broke it down into three core elements: expression, posture/body language, and costume. These were my pre-drawn examples to show how each of those elements can function in isolation, and Magnus served as the example character.
