Fetishization based on gender is known as genital predilection. This is fundamentally sexist because it bases gender on birth and the body while disregarding all environmental and developmental factors that affect how we are gendered. Even when addressing individuals who honestly react to genitalia without any transphobic gender preconceptions, the TERM "genital preferences" is completely and irreparably transphobic.

Cis lesbians, I'm not saying you're bigoted or anything for not being into a certain set of genitals… I have my own tastes, but please keep in mind that it is often used as a dog-whistle.
