what are some of your fave body weight exercises???

Burpees, jump lunges, jump squats, planks, glute bridges, donkey kicks, split jump squats, mountain climbers, tuck jumps, wall sits, step ups, tricep dips :)

Could you give an example of what you would do on a leg day?

I actually had leg day today, so here’s what I did for my workout :)

Squats: 3x12, 3x8, 3x5 (increasing weight)

Romanian deadlifts w/ dumbbells: 5x12

Curtsey lunges: 5x8 SS Kettle bell squat: 5x12

Walking lunges: 5x10 (each leg)

Leg extension: 5x8

Leg press: 4x8
