Could you give an example of what you would do on a leg day?
I actually had leg day today, so here’s what I did for my workout :)
Squats: 3x12, 3x8, 3x5 (increasing weight)
Romanian deadlifts w/ dumbbells: 5x12
Curtsey lunges: 5x8 SS Kettle bell squat: 5x12
Walking lunges: 5x10 (each leg)
Leg extension: 5x8
Leg press: 4x8
