‘No. Stop right there. My distorted body image applies to myself and myself alone. When I call myself fat, the word is not a scale to which everyone else is judged on. You look exactly the way you are. I’m the only one my dysmorphia transforms. Calling myself fat does not mean I see everyone above my weight as morbidly obese. The disorder doesn’t see other people, only the person who is suffering from it.’
gay thinspo because i’m feeling super gay rn oop
Doctors tomorrow. I hope they don’t weigh me. I know I’ve gained and I don’t want to see that number.
My dudes, I accidentally discovered the greatest thing ever. After a particularly rough workout I was insanely sore like the weak ass bitch I am so I consulted Google for ways to help ease my muscle soreness. I was instructed to run a warm bath, put two cups of Epsom salt in and soak for about 20 minutes.
K.
I have this weird habit of weighing myself before and after showers/baths because I’ve lost what little sanity I used to have. Anyways, did my thing and weighed myself before soaking for a bit then I got out and weighed myself after drying off.
GUYS I WAS THREE FUCKING POUNDS LIGHTER
I almost hit the floor I was so shook. I weighed myself live five more times and the number was still the same so I went back to Google because holy hell what magic witches brew did I just marinate myself in and how often can I do it
Turns out that Epsom salt is crazy good at sucking out water weight. You know that soft squishy weight that sits just underneath your skin? That. Apparently the magnesium in the salts helps draw it out.
Obviously you’re losing water weight and not actual fat but weight is weight amiright. You can still lose a good inch or two off your tummy/thighs quickly. So basically it’s the perfect quick fix for you if you have to be anywhere and are feeling extra self conscious. I soak about every other day now and honestly I am loving it. Oh and it makes your skin super soft too so
Hope it works for you guys as well as it did for me. Just remember to stay hydrated please. Go pamper yourself with a warm salty bath because because you deserve it ✌🏻️✨
🌪🥀
Hey darling! I want to know why you think you're gonna binge... Do you think you deserve it? All that fucking food? Lmao. That's hysterical. You post thinspo and ana tips but you're gonna eat like a fucking pig while the rest of us listen to Ana and have even half a damn ounce of willpower. Actually, go for it. Maybe your disgusting body will be enough motivation for some other fatso to starve instead of binge like you.

I’ve got a horrid sweet tooth, but here’s a dessert recipe lower in calories than a lot of “skinny” barely sweet apple and cinnamon recipes. I will include the brownie mix and recipe both just in case u’re looking for either + compare it to other low cal alternatives!
Brownie Mix (can use right away in a 13x9 pan or store away in a ziploc bag):
½ cup Truvia baking blend (190 cals)
½ cup flour (200 cals, depending on mix)
½ cup cocoa powder (98 cals)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Total mix calories: 488 cals
Calories for 1/20 of the mix (how most generic brands calculate calories): 24.4 cals
How does it compare?
Entire Mix:
mix above: 488 cals
sugar free boxed mix: 1080 cals
regular boxed mix: 2000 cals
Calories for 1/20 of the mix (generic brands calculate calories):
mix above: 24.4 cals
sugar free boxed mix: 54 cals
regular boxed mix: 100 cals
How to bake for even more calorie saving:
use ¼ cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt (if a recipe calls for ½ cup oil, substitute with half cup Greek yogurt)
use 1-2 egg whites (more egg = more cakey)
OR
use ¼ cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt for each egg
OR
¼ cup skim milk for each egg
Bake in a greased 13x9 pan (use the spray!) or glass pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 min (if you like yours gooey don’t keep it in for the whole 30 min)
How does it compare?
Entire baked pan:
mix above with low cal substitutions: 537-550 cals
sugar free mix following box directions: 1680 cals
regular mix following box directions: 3200 cals
Calories for 1/20th of the pan (generic serving sized most commonly used):
mix above with low cal substitutions: 26.85-27.5 cals
sugar free mix following box directions: 84 cals
regular mix following box directions: 160 cals
I hope you guys enjoy! ( you can eat half a pan and still be under 300 cals!)
(side note: there’s a post going around that says if you substitute all added ingredients in a boxed brownie mix with Greek yogurt the entire pan would be equal to 210 calories but it’s very false!!!!! A regular generic pan would still exceed 2000 cals even when Greek yogurt is used).
I have a huge amount of bitches and motherfuckers to take revenge on.
