Now what do i mean when i say that? i think a lot of you expect your experience while tapping in to be this over the top extravagant process where you’re floating and crying and everything else, the whole shabang. But it doesn’t have to be that way, and you guys can’t see that. as you start to tap in, you don’t feel any “symptoms” and then you psyche yourself out telling yourself that because you don’t feel anything, it’s “not working” so your mind drifts off and you fall asleep for the thousandth time.

What you guys need is discipline and trust, although the void is as easy as ever, you need discipline, the same way you wouldn’t just drift off at work or while studying for a test, you should be able to tap in without falling asleep. You could also incorporate sleep into your experience, a great example is SATS, here is a post explaining more on SATS.

And when i say trust, i mean you need to trust god, which is you, tapping into the void doesn't need to be some huge thing where you're floating and seeing all the colours of the rainbow, you can enter by simply falling asleep or can enter unexpectedly

you can tap in randomly by immediately being plunged into the void, there doesn’t have to be build up or some big extravaganza where you experience all the symptoms in the book, just trust yourself, everything you are doing is right, remember that, as a god there is no wrong way to enter the void, idc if you moved (having to stay still to enter the void has to be one of the most stupidest misconceptions to date 💀), idc if you didn’t feel symptoms, you’re doing everything right.

You guys look at success stories and expect it to be just like they had it and then when it isn’t you feel let down and upset, telling yourself you just need to go to sleep and “try” another time.

I had a dream I shifted

Shifting diary # 7

Some one please tell me possibly why my brain would do this to me😭🙏

To clarify some things before I explain:

I’m certain that this was a dream

Even though this dream wasn’t (for the most part) a lucid one, I have been lucid dreaming all my life so I don’t want anyone to come across this post and think lucid dreaming is shifting because it certainly is not.

I can’t remember to many specifics about this dream but about an hour and a half ago I woke up and started to remember said dream, (also the night prior I’m pretty sure I had a dream about my DR/significant other) but like I said I dreamt I shifted. I’m not sure what happened before this moment, (like I’m not sure if I was trying to shift and just ended up in another dream) but I put my hands on a wall and thought to myself “this is so real I’ve shifted! I can feel the wall I shifted.”

And I definitely did not shift, for one I didn’t not actually feel the wall, and the dream was vivid but it definitely wasn’t real life, and the there were dream like inconsistencies. And deep down I knew it too even in the dream because as the dream went on I thought to myself “I thought shifting was supposed to be like real life, everything is kinda blurry though …” and I just dismissed these thoughts.

The dream itself wasn’t even to my DR. It was to a weird alternative CR x Gilmore girls reality? (The only Gilmore girls thing I remember about the dream though is Jess being my S/O) I’ve only been focusing on my vampire diaries reality lately, and a while ago I started scripting for a Gilmore girls reality but I kind scrapped the idea. To be fair though I am watching the show atm with my sister, but yesterday I didn’t even watch it?

Throughout the dream I also kept thinking “I can’t wait to tell my sister, and I shouldn’t stay long because I also want to go to my waiting room.” It was over all a strange and frustrating experience, but also one I’ve experienced before. Nothing recently but maybe this happened because about two ish months ago I locked in on shifting again?

Idk but that’s so weird… can someone please tell me why I would dream I shifted but not actually do it???? Why would my brain do that😭 like I’ve had multiple dreams in the past that’ll fail reality checks and or just have a dream about shifting but not actually doing it?

[Also after I woke up from that dream I went back to sleep and had a dream about my actual desired reality BUT it also involved Gilmore girls characters??????????????]

❆ a decision, a choice. is this right? am i making the wrong choice? let’s take a deep breath ok? it seems you are at a crossroads of sorts. perhaps you don’t know what to do with yourself when it comes to your shifting journey. that’s ok! whatever this issue is for you specifically, i believe you already have they answer. let’s slow the roll, take some deep breaths and try to see this clearly. to me it seems you are over consuming information. i suggest you log off of social media for a bit, sit with yourself and look over the information you already have, discard what no longer fits you and keep what works. you know you best! some random person online cannot (unfortunately) fix your supposed problems for you. no matter how much advice you seek, you can only do that. you need to let go of this internal struggle, you are only fighting yourself, creating resistance. if the answers still seem to be foggy to you, perhaps you can meditate and look for the answers there.

❆ it seems your mind might be in the midst of chaos, or perhaps your life is as well. yet when it comes to your shifting journey you may just be on the brink of a spiritual awakening you desire (or need). the clarity is within YOU. it looks like you are walking down this path with a blindfold on, unsure of where you are going, what choices to make. maybe there is something you don’t want to face. but these fears and worries do not need to hold you back. let’s try to use them to your advantage. face what is holding you back and if you just can’t rid it, know that it does not stop you, only shows a different part of yourself.

❆ instead of putting your journey and motivations on others, it’s time to look within. there’s only so much more “new” information you can gain. your journey is yours and yours alone. that doesn’t mean it has to be a lonely one though. trust that you have the answers, and trust that there is still a community for you! having so many different pieces of information and advice forced upon you to try and digest and make use of is not helping you. sit with yourself and ask yourself if there is genuinely anything you still need to learn from others at this point? at what point do you let it all go and just use it to your benefit?

❆ maybe creating some sort of routine will help you as well, setting up some self-discipline. on the flip side you may need to let go of perfectionism as well. you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. shifting is supposed to be fun. maybe reflect on what you can do to make this all the more enjoyable. let go of the process and remember where you started.

believe in yourself and let go of the anxiety, the anger, the doubt that you are feeling. every time you get those thoughts, just remind yourself of how amazing you are. don’t mind the 3d because you know you are in your desired reality already.

Clarification: you don't need a method!!

• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.

Steps:

1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)

2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there

3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)

4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.

5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)

6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""

If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better

write each other love letters. not texts, not dms. actual letters. fold them up, pass them under the table, seal them with lipstick like a 1950s socialite sending a telegram to her lover overseas.

slow dance in the living room. play something old, something scratchy and filled with longing. press your face into their shoulder. sway like you have all the time in the world.

light candles at dinner, even if you’re just eating pizza. especially if you’re just eating pizza.

draw on each other’s skin. little hearts on their hands. initials on their wrist. a whole mural on their arm if they’ll sit still long enough.

fall asleep on each other. on the couch, in the car, heads leaning together like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

go to a museum and act like the most insufferable art critics alive. invent elaborate meanings behind paintings. whisper things like ‘this piece destroyed me’ in front of tourists.

go somewhere haunted. make up an elaborate backstory for a ghost that definitely does not exist. demand the ghost give you relationship advice.

the X’s are goals you’ve already hit, DRs you’ve already conquered. the stains are the messy parts of the journey—the nights you stayed awake scripting, the mornings you woke up and didn’t feel “there” yet. but the beauty of this map is that it’s a living document. the roads change as you change, and the hand-drawn symbols, those are little pieces of you left behind in every reality.

 ꒰ doubting yourself from time to time , irrelevant. you do not need to pass a faith test. you do not need to be baptised in unwavering conviction. you just need to assume. doubt is a background noise, not a locked door.

 ꒰ external validation , unnecessary. your reality is not waiting for someone else to confirm its legitimacy. you do not need a jury of peers nodding solemnly at your experiences. this is not an academic dissertation. you do not need footnotes and sources and a professor’s approval.

 ꒰ "trying too hard" , not a thing. effort does not push it further away. want does not make it shy away. this is not an uncatchable fish. this is not a paradox where wanting something too much means you will never have it.

 ꒰ failing to shift multiple times , irrelevant. past attempts do not predict future outcomes. you are not an athlete counting losses. you are not a gambler on a losing streak. every attempt is new. every moment is unburdened by the weight of the last one.

 ꒰ an inconsistent sleep schedule , doesn’t matter. you are not being graded on your circadian rhythm. shifting does not belong exclusively to people with 8 hours of uninterrupted rem.

 ꒰ using multiple shifting methods , neutral. you are not hexing yourself by switching it up. they are not magic spells, they are just tools. they are ways to organise your approach, not laws of the universe.

 ꒰ shifting while sick or in pain , possible. you do not need to be in peak physical condition. you are not signing up for a marathon, you are existing. bodies exist in all states. you are allowed to exist in all states.

 ꒰ not “feeling close” to shifting , doesn’t mean anything. shifting is not a feeling to be unlocked. you do not need to sense it coming like a change in the weather. it does not always announce itself.

 ꒰ having trouble visualising , won’t stop you. not everyone sees things like a movie in their head. imagination is not just images. it’s thoughts, impressions, instincts. a blind person can shift. a person with aphantasia can shift.

 ꒰ not affirming constantly , does not matter. you do not need to chant like a monk or plead sweet nothings into the void 24/7.

 ꒰ being distracted mid-shifting attempt , not fatal. you are not required to have monk-like focus. people shift thinking about their homework. people shift thinking about dinner. people shift thinking about absolutely nothing at all.

 ꒰ not having a specific shifting method , does not stop you. people shift lying down. people shift sitting up. people shift standing. people shift in moving cars. you do not need a formula to do something natural.

Reminder: you are not lesser if you've been struggling with manifestation or shifting. You don't deserve to feel shame for being in a stage everyone goes through. Struggling now doesn't mean you'll struggle forever. This is not a reflection of who you are. There is nothing wrong with you and you are just as worthy as anyone else. You are going to be ok.
