Feeling Homesick For My Dr

So I might delete this because it isn't well thought out but I might have a theory why some people aren't waking up in their intended reality despite their intention being strong enough.

I think the reason why is not inherently because the intention to wake up in X reality is not strong enough, but because you might associate going to sleep and sleep itself with waking up here, or to be more precise, waking up where you fell asleep.

So I think It would be useful if you started associating sleep itself with shifting. You do not wake up in your DR, you shift while sleeping because sleep ITSELF makes you shift. So from now on, everytime you fall asleep, you just shift, no matter if its at night, or a nap. Just sleeping is making you shift.

So its like... You shift as soon as you fall asleep. Its obvious you'll wake up there because you already shifted the second you fell asleep.

✩ WBTB METHOD TO ENTER THE VOID STATE ✩

WBTB method is extremely underrated.

" Wake Back-to-bed is a common strategy used for lucid dreamers. I’m sure most people are aware but you basically sleep like five hours, wake up with an alarm, stay up for 30-45 minutes and keep yourself busy by using the bathroom and reading(you can read your script too). After that you use WILD to induce the lucid dream. Last night I used this to my advantage and I was finally able to get into the void state after so much time trying because I was able to actually focus this time. The experience was so incredible I forgot to shift but honestly I feel fine about it because the state was so peaceful. I just wanted to share this because this is like my first success and I’m really proud of the work I put in so far. "

→ I reached the void in as little as 6 minutes after WBTB and sleeping upright in a recliner.

✩ WBTB METHOD TO ENTER THE VOID STATE ✩

WAKE BACK TO BED METHOD (wbtb)

It is a method that is very popular within the lucid dreaming and astral projection community. It is when you wake up around 4-6 hours after you sleep and you will be in your REM stage, the theta state, the half awake state. Definitely a perfect state for you to shift or respawn because your conscious mind is asleep and subconscious mind is way dominant.

So how do we carry out WBTB?

It is really simple trust me. Like I said, set your alarm 4-6 hours after you sleep. Try to target for your REM stage. How to know whether you are in your REM stage? If you wake up naturally or with an alarm and the last thing you remembered was that you were from a dream, you definitely have hit the correct timing.

If you are a heavy sleeper and would easily sleep back after switching off the alarm, place your phone at the opposite side of your room. Then you will be forced to push yourself of of your bed and off it.

Once awake, you are required to stay awake for about 10-60 minutes. I would recommend 15-30 minutes though but it all depends on each individual. If you feel as though you are still very sleepy, add another 5 minutes to your timing. During this timing, walk around, go to the washroom, repeat affirmations, read your scripts etc. Do anything you’d like but try to avoid activities that would raise your heart rate. The goal here is to only wake your mind up and not your body.

Once done, lay back in bed and do whatever method you wish to do.

BENEFITS OF WBTB

You can literally achieve a lot of things when doing wbtb.

SATs

Lucid dreaming

Astral projection

Sleep paralysis

Having higher success with methods etc.

MY EXPERIENCES WITH WBTB

I vouch for this method and include it with any methods that I plan to do. I shifted using WBTB many times so I would say this is definitely my core foundation to my numerous effortless shifts.

A realization - Let go

A Realization - Let Go

(TW: light mention of some heavy stuff; rant + personal trauma mention)

To shift, or to manifest, you need to leave behind everything. You need to leave behind all sentiments, all pressures and and all circumstances, on a multiversal level, nothing will care about your trauma, to shift you have to let yourself forget about it fully.

Personal rant, my experience with shifting:

I was depressed. I had messed up this reality to a point where it could not be fixed in the present, I had failed all exams, lied about the results, hoping everything be better, because I will be in my desired reality later that night.

If I had a day off, or if it was a weekend, I would get too relaxed, i would end up daydreaming about stuff that was irrelevant to my DR, and fall asleep, because i knew i was still in my CR, I would wake up back here.

If I did not have a day off, and had to attend college the next day, I would be so stressed out, the need to escape was the only thing on my mind. I would try, get stressed about time running out, worried that I'll wake back and what not.

(Disclaimer)

And due to this, when i eventually woke back, in the same, lonely and cold reality, the only thought that would arise in my mind was to fill the sink with water, and dive my face right into it.

The realization:

It did not matter what I felt, the same thoughts "no one is coming to save me" "it doesn't matter ill be in my DR tonight" "I want to go home", whether it was said in a positive or negative tone, it didn't matter, thinking stuff like this wouldn't work.

It's all just a human way to perceive things, we're suffering and we need to escape. While shifting isn't like any other human process.

Changing your entire reality is almost mechanical. Select a place, act like it, feel it, and leave and let go whatever was in the past. The constant victim feeling we all get, isn't helping us, the constant need to fear we're going to be back in the CR, is a function attached to the human body. We're consciousness, and whatever reality we want is created by our own focus onto it.

Our DRs, also needs our contribution, for us to give it attention, let us form it. thinking like a human, thinking you're "shifting" to a place, you're attempting to shift to that place, thinking you might reach it if you do X or Y, won't work, you know?

We're the creator, our hopeless situation is also created by us, and us being in our DRs, is also created by us.

How to enter the Void State?

How To Enter The Void State?

1: It’s easy. Don’t overcomplicate it. Every time you get lost in thoughts and don’t feel your surroundings anymore, that’s when you’ve entered the void.

2: Personally, I prefer to do this method at night. But do what’s best for you, preferably at a time when you won’t be disturbed. Lie or sit down—whatever is more comfortable for you.

3: Scratch every itch you have, then lay still once you’re ready, listening to calm music. Anything that keeps your mind awake but lets your body fall asleep— you should not move so you reach the void faster.

4: Lie still, let the music play for around 20-30 minutes without moving. By now, your body should be asleep, and your mind awake. When the music stops, simply focus on the black behind your eyes and, if you want to, affirm.

That’s it.

You got this.

Okay so I shifted 🫠 It’s hard to describe the experience but I think I did shift. For a brief moment though, I was myself in my dr before bed. I had thoughts I would usually have before going to bed and I was 100% being myself in my dr. It was so natural and I didn’t force anything, It just happened to me when I went to bed. I wasn’t “pretending” or “acting as if”, but I had images and visions of my dr that I wouldn’t think of here, I think they can be also called memories? I’m not sure and I feel weird describing it but just hear me out it felt real and natural, just how shifting should be.

But yeah I will be making it to my dr fully next time.

It feels also weird to say I shifted like whatttt ??? I did it???

That's all there is to it.

The earth is just a minute part of universe. The observable universe contains as many as an estimated 2 trillion galaxies and, overall, as many as an estimated 10^24 stars – more stars (and, potentially, Earth-like planets) than all the grains of beach sand on planet Earth.

The observable universe is just about 4% of the universe. The remaining 96% of the universe is made up of dark matter and dark energy, which are mysterious substances that scientists are still trying to understand.

We think logically to just comprehend what we see. Just because it isn’t logical It doesn't mean that it cannot happen.

Falling into physical senses is the same as a man who believes that gravity doesn't exist because he can't see it.

It had been proven again and again that Law of assumption, Power of suggestion, Law of attraction, Subconscious memory power, Law of belief is real through various re searches, scientists, philosophers, various religions, cultures and experiments from the 5th century BC till now. You think something stupid would still survive as a theory through centuries?

If your manifestation/shifting/ astral projection/ whatever you want. is working for you, it's not because of those methods but because of your belief in them. Again, if it's not working for you. It's because of you.

You are always manifesting in life. You think co-incidences just happen?

Now go manifest your desires and be happy.
