How to shift realities right now using the law of assumption
This is a guide that I put together myself using all of the knowledge and wisdom that I've accumulated over the past three years of studying the law of assumption including my experiences using the law with reality shifting!
What is the law of assumption?
The law of assumption is what you believe is true is what you will see and experience in your reality.
We are creators who are meant to create. Where creation starts is from imagination/the 4D. And what is from imagination/the 4D gets reflected out into the physical/the 3D. In other words, what you see and experience is a reflection of what goes on in your mind (the thoughts that you have and continue to think, the beliefs that you have that you took in from the people who you were surrounded by when you were a child, and the assumptions you formed in your own mind).
For example you believe that you have to work hard to be successful. Because you believe this what you continue to see and experience is you being successful only after working hard.
Another example is you believe that something that you own is a lucky charm and makes you lucky when you carry it around. Because you believe this you see and experience that you are lucky whenever you carry that item around.
How do you manifest using the law of assumption?
Actually, you are always manifesting using the law of assumption. You are just unconsciously doing it. To consciously manifest using the law of assumption you change what goes on in imagination/the 4D by being the person who has what they want already in your mind by knowing what you want, knowing that you have it in your mind, and receiving it in the physical/the 3D.
How do you manifest shifting to your desired reality using the law of assumption?
Let's apply the three steps that I mentioned above to shifting realities specifically...
Step One: Know what you want.
This would be wanting to shift to your desired reality.
Step Two: Know that you have it.
Know that you have shifted to your desired reality already in your mind and be like how you would be long after you have shifted to your desired reality. How would you think long after you have shifted to your desired reality? When you think about your desired reality and living in it how fulfilled would you be?
If you like using manifestation techniques and believe that it helps you then do ONE of these things to "know that you have it":
Go through your day and night affirming and/or visualizing that you have shifted to your desired reality already and you are in your current reality right now because you choose to be.
Go through your day and night affirming and/or visualizing that you have shifted to your desired reality and you are living in your desired reality right now in your mind. (For example, if you are shifting to Hogwarts then while getting ready in the morning in your current reality you would think to yourself, "I can't wait to meet Luna later to go shopping at that crystal shop she was talking about.")
Remember, you are doing all of this IN YOUR MIND.
Step Three: Receive it in the physical/the 3D.
You experience shifting to your desired reality and living in it in real life.
When you stay in the state of already having shifted to your desired reality without having doubts and without wavering long enough then you will experience shifting to your desired reality and living in it in real life (wavering by the way is going back and forth in your mind thinking, "I have this," and then thinking, "I don't have this.").
That's it!
From the moment you want something you have it. From the moment you wanted to shift to your desired reality you shifted to your desired reality. Manifestation is instant. You can manifest things fast. Having this belief that you cannot is only because of conditioning, because of what you believed when you were a child from the people around you and from society. Also, time is an illusion. This is because you manifest your desire the moment you get into the state, the moment you believe that what you are telling yourself is true.
Furthermore, manifesting is easy and natural. You don't have to know how things will manifest in the physical/the 3D. That is not your job. Your job is to know that you have what you want now. Know what you want and go through with it in your mind long enough until it manifests in the physical/the 3D.
I know that most of us like to use shifting methods (myself included lol), so this portion is for those of you who do! You DO NOT need to use a shifting method to shift to your desired reality, but if you believe that using a shifting method will help you to shift you to your desired reality then do this...
When the time comes to use your shifting method believe that you will shift to your desired reality after using your shifting method.
If you see in the physical/the 3D that you don't shift to your desired reality after using your shifting method..that's okay. Don't be so hard on yourself. Keep acting as if.
Affirm and/or imagine that you have shifted to your desired reality:
"I shifted to my desired reality."
"I woke up in my desired reality."
"I opened my eyes in my desired reality."
Then, go to sleep knowing this or go on with the rest of your day or night continuing to know that you have shifted to your desired reality already in your mind.
Your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is not real so as long as you keep telling yourself the same affirmations (affirmations are just new thoughts that you want to have) then your subconscious mind will eventually take it as true and they will be your new assumptions or beliefs. And because your assumptions or beliefs create the physical/the 3D you will eventually experience shifting to your desired reality.

• make playlists for important / specific eras in your dr (for example i have one for autumn 2023 in my actress dr and winter 1989 in my twin peaks dr)
• watch youtube walking tours of the city or town that you live at in your dr
• make moodboards for your favourite people in your dr, develop their vibe and aesthetic
• make shifting bingo cards for things you need to do in your dr (eg. visit a specific place, talk to a specific person) and tick them off once you shift back
• use pinterest as a script, make detailed sections within your dr boards and organise them to make it all look cute
• make moodboards for your childhood in all of your drs and see how they differ
• start a shifting journal, you don’t need to make it aesthetic. write about your drs, how your journey is going, etc
• answer questions about your drs (some posts with questions: 1 2 3)
what to do if you’ve been trying to shift since 2020.
if you haven’t shifted yet & you’ve been here since 2020 or for a long period of time, waking up in your bed the following morning after a method & your doubting that shifting isn’t real then that’s simply not true. you are not doubting in shifting, you are doubting in yourself. if you doubted in the belief of shifting or subliminals or working towards a goal, you would have walked away from it a long time ago. you wouldn’t still be here if it was really all for nothing. you still have hope. there is something keeping you here.
you are looking for exterior validation that you shifted & that’s normal. it’s human to look around for confirmation for our manifestations. it’s hard to believe in something we cannot see. what you have to do is recognize that you are the creator of everything you have ever achieved, done & acquired in your life. because you are waiting until you are in your desired reality to recognize your progress, you are giving your “failures” attention.
when we give our failures attention & dwell on what we lack & what we want, we start to see it more. i mentioned this a while back in one of my very first posts but i really wanted a volkswagon beetle & i started seeing them everywhere. this is because your subconscious is showing you what you desire. the cars (your desired reality & manifestations) were always there, the issue is you don’t believe they are yours yet. shifting is a success other people have achieved. not you.
so what’s the issue ? how do we fix this ?
let go of wanting to shift. why ? because you have it. people who have things already don’t sit around & say “i want a million dollars in my bank account” because they already have a million dollars in their bank account.
instead of focusing on what you don’t have, see what you do have. you were born into a life where shifting was brought to your attention. a lot of people don’t even know what shifting is & half of the people that do know what it scoff at it & don’t ever try. be grateful that you are not letting yourself become one of those people. the fact you are trying & attempting this is a testament to you bettering your life & by extension bettering yourself. if you look at your shifting journey, what is working for you ? what methods do you like ? recognize that the universe may be trying to help you out by delaying you being in your desired reality.
people seem to not like to acknowledge the concept of divine timing & how important it can be. there is a time & place for everything we do. between when you first discovered shifting to now, you would have missed out on so many lessons & experiences that are needed for growth. majority of us look at our first script & cringe. if your someone who scripts, reflect on how many’s scripts you had. did you look at how much your desires & maturity changed through those ? the universe — god, your spirit guides, whatever higher power you believe in — may be protecting you. there could be something in your script that you could not handle, there could be a toxic relationship that you may have suffered from if you had shifted successfully & it would’ve done more harm then good.
shifting will always be there; no matter your age, what you go through. you have all of eternity to figure it out. there is no time limit. nothing is worth rushing into. if you want something don’t well, take the time to do it correctly. while there is no “correct way” to shift take a look at yourself. are you nurturing yourself ? are you depressed ? are you in a stable headspace ? the only thing you have is this moment. the moment you are reading this on tumblr or tiktok, this is the only point you have control over. are you going to scroll away ? have you already gave up on reading this long of a post ? are you thinking about the past & your past shifting attempts or mistakes ? why are you thinking about them if they have nothing to do with your future ? if you know you will shift or manifest a job or money or whatever it may be — why are you giving something attention that goes against that ?
what’s the conclusion ?
look at what you have & how you’re still here. start small, recognize that this post came to you for a reason. recognize that this is something you manifested based on content you’ve put energy towards. this post is proof that you are capable of manifesting shifting, even if it isn’t your desired reality directly.
also, this reality is a desired reality. maybe not in the same way as another desired reality you may have but you have manifested plenty in this reality & that’s what shifting is. if you think you haven’t, guess again, because I’m sure there’s one thing you can find that you truly believed in & it became physical right before your eyes.
Ok so idk if this is a stupid question, but if someone could answer that be really great.
How do people shift accidentally? Like I’ve seen a handful of people talk about how they shifted to some place without intending to. And I’m not saying I don’t think you can do that, I just want to understand how you could shift your awareness to a place you weren’t intending to.
I don't know who needs to hear this but intrusive thoughts cannot manifest. I'm saying this as someone who also has them about disasters/disturbing events. You are safe.
i had at least three dreams i shifted last night
shifting diary entry #12
as per usual i’m asking things like “ why do i keep dreaming about shifting ” or “ why do reality checks fail me sometimes ” feel free to analyze this for me because i have no idea…
the first that i can remember… i don’t know if i unconsciously tried to shift in a dream and then believed that i shifted or what, but i do remember waking up in a bed with purple sheets and thinking that i shifted because of them ( i don’t have purple sheets here ) and i remember thinking to myself that even though this one thing changed im sure i shifted, but i was in a completely different room yet under the impression this was my room here just with purple sheets.
and here’s the craziest part, i did reality checks and they failed… i looked at my hand and counted my fingers and all ten were normally there. this isn’t the first time it had happened either, reality checks have failed me multiple times before. now, some people might think that it’s possible that i actually shifted but i know for certain it was just a dream.
after counting my fingers i started freaking out and thinking to myself that i actually did it and pinched myself just to be sure and i “ felt ” it. but i also remember thinking to myself that things didn’t feel as real as i thought they would. i mean it’s just another reality right ? i remember thinking that maybe people were lying or something because this doesn’t feel as real as life here. i thought maybe i just needed to be grounded more but as time passed the weird hazy sensations of dreams stayed.
for some context my sister was sleeping in my bed with me and when i woke up in my dream she was there too and im pretty sure i told her that i shifted. but eventually she just kinda disappeared from the dream and i started thinking to myself that i can’t stay long bc i need to tell her that i shifted… which also has happened to me before.
the dream ended up turning into one where i was around people in my intended reality and this is where it gets really fuzzy and i’m having a hard time recalling what went down, but im not sure it’s important anyways. but i do remember that this dream was long as hell.
the next one i really can’t remember at all but i do know it happened bc i vaguely recall trying to shift in a dream and then it “ worked ”. but i think the dream was really short and i woke up really confused with what i just dreamt about and why, why do i keep dreaming about shifting ?
the last one is also confusing. i remember there was a person in the dream i was talking to about shifting and trying to figure out why i haven’t shifted yet, but she gave me awful advice lol. things that would just make things more complicated than they needed to be. i also wasn’t even telling her things that were true, things that weren’t correct about where i was shifting to and where i was gonna wake up? the dream turned really weird and had like 1578 sub plots going on but this girl seemed determined to help me, im not sure if she did though.
also, two days ago i took a nap and ended up in a lucid dream and then tried to shifting in it like a billion times…
❥ your imagination creates reality. your imagination is reality. whatever you decide is real in your imagination is real. so like,,get it together maybe?? you hold all the power in the world, bask in the feeling that gives you. let it become your natural feeling.
Please, give us a list of affirmations for your anti method! I’m in love with it but I’m also having a hard time repeating the same 3 or 4 affirmations.

what if i’ve already shifted… and this is just the memory settling in?
what if i’m in my dr right now, and i just haven’t noticed the signs yet?
