In desi household, We girls have to try to make ourselves happy within these four walls to not go insane, because unlike boys we don’t get the privilege to leave house without telling anyone to go anywhere else, When I’m tired and sad and want to be away from that place for a time and to keep myself sane. I have to wait for everyone to go to sleep so I can go upstairs start listening to my sad songs and dance a little bit on rooftop when everyone’s sleeping and no ones there to disturb you and judge you, one can do whatever you want and whatever makes you happy, and that’s why we girls romanticised life a little bit more then boys because if not then we’ll go insane.
