Hello, many will already know about the explosion in Beirut, many will also have heard about NOT donating to our Lebanese government because they are… yes, that. The truth is that I write this avoiding crying and try to use all the value I still have to write here and be able to get a little help. As in several countries around the world, Lebanon is in an economic crisis, famine and living with a pandemic due to covid-19, and our government has done nothing to help us. The explosion was the worst thing that could have happened to us, this really truncates all my university plans, it killed my family and friends, I feel like I cannot cope with this, but I am still on earth by and for those who are still alive…

After the explosion… my family and neighboring families got together, trying to understand what had happened and how in a second we had lost everything… Now I am writing to you on behalf of these five families, I don’t know if this weird and small post will work or if we’ll get any help, but it is the only thing I can do right now: this is my paypal account that I created a couple of days ago, tbh I have no idea how to use this, so a Tumblr friend helped me create it (thx Ali!), if any of you can donate $1 or whatever comes from your heart, it would help us i n f i n i t e l y, basically we would use this to get water, medicine, food and some clothes, which urges us.

i’ve been thinking about how cool it would be if the avatar universe had more characters and nations based on indigenous peoples, (like the sun warriors and the water tribe were), so i decided to make some of my own:

Bee and Puppycat Lazy In Space has leaked.... again

But this time like bigger-er

So if you remember about a month a go, all of Lazy in Space leaked. In late April it seems Fred Seibert (CEO of Frederator) uploaded all the episodes to his Vimeo, the playlist was meant to be private and required a password. But somehow a link started spreading that did not require a password to view the episodes. This started to spread in mid May (I was sent the link from an anonymous source, I did not seek it out) Some of you may remember, I actually made a poston the matter, but deleted them as to not spread the leak. That day some other people found out about it, the episodes were taken down.

Now I know a few people were able to download all 13 episodes. But all the people I know with the episodes, who I have talked to, wanted to keep the leaks a secret, because leaking an entire season, would mean bad things for Bee and Puppycat and the studio as a whole.

But now the show has leaked once more, but much more publicly. Unlike before when it was much smaller, the episodes are uploaded on multiple sites (unofficially though) and are even being put on youtube (unofficially aswell)

I disagree with this heavilly. Lazy in Space hasnt released because they lost their deal with VRV, most likely due to not meeting a deadline. So they have been trying to sell the show to other streaming services. (Note) They have to sell the show to a streaming service or something akin to that, so they can make their money back, Lazy in Space most likely cost more than 2 million dollars to produce, so not being able to atleast make most of the money back is going to be a big hit to Frederator. Now because it has leaked, selling the show is going to be even harder, if not impossible, as companies are not going to want to spend a lot of money on a “new show” that has already publicly leaked. This means Frederator, whos already not doing the best financialy I believe, is going to take a big hit. And also the chance for a 3rd season of Bee and Puppycat is even lower.

I debated even posting about the leaks, but because they are bigger this time, and a spreading very fast, I figured I would report on it, as there is no stopping them now.

As for if you should watch the episodes, that is up to you. If you do I encourage you to support the show once it officially releases.

Combined the two songs in 1 cover since they’re connected! Cardamon’s Mom and She’s Been Asleep For A Long Time are 2 of my favorite tracks from the Bee And Puppycat ost! Very simple but very calming. I’m also very excited for the series to continue this year!

Zukka au where Zuko works at his uncle’s bakery, The Jasmine Dragon. He helps with everything, but he’s best at cake decorating. 

As the bakery gets popular, Iroh needs more help, so he hires Sokka to do miscellaneous tasks that need done. 

Now, while Zuko may be amazing at cake decorating, he’s also very slow because he has to get everything perfect. This wasn’t a problem before, but now that the bakery is more popular, he’s having a hard time getting all the orders done on time. 

So, Iroh sends Sokka to help speed up Zuko’s cake decorating. 

Turns out, Sokka sucks at cake decorating, but that’s where they need the most help, so Iroh keeps him there, insisting he’ll get better with practice. 

Zuko is irritated to say the least. He works best alone and in silence, and now he has a “helper” who won’t shut up and can’t even pipe a basic flower. He tries to get Iroh to move Sokka somewhere else because he isn’t even helping, but Iroh insists that if Zuko just tried to teach Sokka how to decorate, he’d actually be helpful instead of a burden. 

So, Zuko starts teaching Sokka how to decorate cakes. 

Zuko can’t take time out of his work day to teach Sokka because of all the orders he has to fill, so they start meeting up after work and on their days off. 

At first it’s painful, Zuko is still irritated that Sokka has to help him, but eventually they become friends. Sokka is a fast learner and picks up cake decorating relatively quickly, though he isn’t as precise as Zuko and likes to improvise his decorating, which drives Zuko, who meticulously plans his cakes, crazy. 

Over time, Zuko learns to be less anal about his decorating, and Sokka learns to be more precise and technical. Together, they make a great team, and not just at cake decorating. 

Sokka has had a crush on Zuko since pretty much when he began working at The Jasmine Dragon, and as Zuko got to know Sokka, he developed a crush on him. 

Sokka is hesitant to ask Zuko out because frankly, he doesn’t think the guy likes him; they’re just friends who work really well together. Zuko is afraid to ask Sokka out because even though he thinks Sokka is flirting with him, he’s not sure and doesn’t want to ruin their friendship or their cake decorating team.

Eventually, after seeing them dance around each other for a while, Iroh mentions to Sokka that he’s never seen his nephew work so well with anyone, let alone enjoy it, and that Zuko must really like him. 

Thanks to Iroh’s meddling, Sokka finally decides to ask Zuko out. 

He decorates a cake for Zuko, complete with his favorite flowers and designs (which Sokka knows because Zuko always gets a small, almost imperceptible smile on his face whenever he gets to pipe them). 

When he gives the cake to Zuko after their shift one day, Zuko is speechless. It’s the best cake Sokka has ever decorated, and it has all of his favorite design elements. Zuko obviously agrees to go out with him, and they start dating.

When Iroh eventually retires, Zuko and Sokka take over the bakery. Customers love hearing Zuko or Sokka (usually Sokka) tell the story of how, even though he didn’t know it at the time, it was in this very bakery that he met his future husband.

the phrase "couldn't hurt a fly" is so strange.

flies are quick and hard to catch, many people have trouble, so that doesn't really describe gentleness.

"couldn't hurt a mosquito" though? mmh. yeah, that's weak and gentle.
