It's simple, stick to the basics forget about all terms or "rules"
-you are the god of your reality so you get to decide what thoughts to give power/attention ,which in turn becomes your reality. Imagine your thoughts are seeds and everytime you give it attention you are watering it so they can grow. So decide what seeds you want to plant and continue to water them.
- Emotions do not and will not manifest or interfere.
-repeat the new story to yourself, don't contradict it. Focus on the end. Maintain tunnel vision on the end.
-stop complaining about circumstances, 3d, you are giving it attention/awareness to continue to be a thing. Ignore what the 3d is showing you if it's unwanted, knowing it can be changed at any moment. If you are seeing nothing, trust that it's happening & persist.
-ignore & redirect your thoughts when opposing or intrusive thoughts appear.
-trust that its done. Remind your self that you have it already.
-accepting & deciding on something is simply repeating the story to yourself & thinking as if.
-you can literally not feel nothing at all, or feel anxious, not believe it, have intrusive thoughts but still continue to persist in your new story by repetition and redirecting your focus on your new story and it will manifest it has no choice but to do so.

repeat your desires over and over again even if you don't feel it, even if you don't believe it, even if the circumstances don't make sense to you, even if people tell you it makes no sense, even if it seems hard or unreasonable.
"can i do this"? yes.
"can i have this"? yes.
"can this happen"? yes.
"can i manifest this"? yes.
the answer to literally any and every question is yes.
it doesn't matter what you're asking about. magic? marriage? money? doesn't matter! the answer is yes.
what you assume to be true is true. that's it. that's the law. there's no clause going "except for you and except for these things". it's literally always yes. stop doubting yourself. stop doubting the law. if you want it, you have it.
Revision is SO fun, easy, and effortless to do! Revision is changing the past or an undesirable event that didn’t go the way you wanted it to. When we revise, we don’t only “change our memory of the situation” which I think is one of the biggest misconceptions. No, you literally change the past on how you wanted it to go. For example, If I got my phone taken, because of a heated argument with my Mom. I would immediately go in imagination and simply state, nope that never happened. I have my phone, what are you talking about I never got it taken. Just like that done, revised. You don’t have to keep persisting in the fact that it’s revised (which is of the reason I love revision soo much and don’t know why it constantly gets over complicated.) Whenever the thought comes to mind over the fact YOU DON’T HAVE YOUR PHONE. Remind yourself that you already revised it, therefore you have it already just because you said so. Don’t only think logical when manifesting too. You can revise traumatizing events to have never took place, something that happened 10 years ago, 1 minute ago, 3 weeks ago, ANYTHING.YOU.WANT. You guys there literally been success stories of people REVISING DEATHS. YES LITERALLY DEATHS of their loves ones, pets, ect. Now that is just so insane to me. Just goes to show the LAW IS 100% REAL. Whenever I get doubts I just go back to “people are literally revising deaths and you don’t think you can manifest xy and z?🤣😂” Literally anything is possible the world is you oyster and if in your reality you never wanted something to happen, IT NEVER HAPPENED. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ༺♡༻ hellooooo everyone! i'm currently making this guide for people who are just getting into the law or just want an easy refresher on how to apply it. i won't get into the fundamentals here, but if you want to read up on that, you can access them via my masterpost! the following post is going to be very, very straight to the point. this is for everyday convenience, so i'm going to make this as easy as possible to understand. alright, now thats out of the way, let's get into it:
★ WHAT IS THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION?
the law of assumption is a universal law where it states where an assumption, though false, if persisted in will harden into fact. it was coined in by neville goddard, inspired by the teachings of his mentor, abdullah. manifestation is an effect of your assumptions. everything around you was an assumption you once persisted in. this is why we say imagination is the only reality, since the only place you can assume something is WITHIN you. you're never experiencing your 3d, you're experiencing your assumptions.
but don't worry! don't take this as defeat. now that you're aware of this phenomenon, you can see your life as malleable! because it is! although, don't think you need to try to change the world. you need to change self. change self = change your assumptions. specifically towards how you see yourself and the world around you. an amalgamation of assumptions make up a state. states ate just mindsets you're currently embodying by assuming things that align with it. don't let that phrase intimidate you though. they're results of what you're assuming about yourself. here's a rookie mistake i've seen a lot of people (including myself) make: we view imagination as a way to make things happen. DON'T DO THIS LMAOO. don’t view imagination as a tool to MAKE a change in the 3d. view it as a way to KEEP a change within you! life happens through you, not to you. this is how life works! for every internal change you allow, it gets pushed out into the external. you cannot experience anything outside of your own state. assumptions aren't hard to make! you assume something all the damn time!! it’s easy!! it's just deciding is done and sticking to that. just do that in your favor, lol. here’s the key here: creation is finished. the second you assume something, it’s done. it’s a finished product. you're allowing it to exist. you’re not creating events that leave up to it. that’s not your job, it’s the 3d’s. your true nature is awareness. every assumption is born from the attention you give to it. and as awareness, you can choose which assumptions you want to persist in. you have the freedom to choose which changes you want to keep in your life and which ones you want drop. it’s your birthright.
★ ASSUMPTIONS.
all you need to do to manifest is to just assume. shocking, i know.
let me make myself clear: you’re not trying to make yourself in believe something. emotions aren’t needed, belief isn’t needed, and methods are DEFINITELY not needed. this is about feeling (knowing) a change has already happened and allowing it to exist! your only goal here is to assume something is done and maintain that change. here's the truth about your desires: you don't want your desire just because you want to have them. you want your desires because you want a CHANGE and you want to KEEP IT. you don't want sp just bc it's an sp, you want them because you want them to be a part in your life and you want to KEEP THAT CHANGE!! this is where persistence comes in.
★ PERSISTENCE.
NEVERRRR think of persisting like “i need to persist so i can believe in it!!”. you're not persisting to make something happen or to trick your mind. a. you're not dumb, so you know you're trying too hard to believe in it. and b. it's counterproductive and goes against the whole point. view persisting as sticking to a new story. you dwell in (return to) an assumption because you're keeping a change and allowing it to unfold. this is how your thought process should be when applying -> “okay i assumed something, i know a change has happened and it’s done. now i'm going to dwell in this assumption to keep this new change in my life and allow it to exist.”
persistence is just continuing to assume something, because you KNOW that the change has happened and you’re allowing it. eventually the more you keep that change, you’ll see it as a normal thing in your life. whatever assumption you persist in, whatever change you keep within yourself, is what the 3d will exclusively express. speaking of the 3d...
★ THE 3D.
calm down. this'll be be quick. so, the 3d is the physical plane where your assumptions are expressed. it's only purpose is to mirror what you're currently assuming. it's your "as without" for your "as within". it's not your enemy, or an obstacle, it's your co-worker. your buddy. your best pal. contrary to popular belief: the 3d does express your assumptions instantly when you change them. your desires exist the SECOND you assume it. it reflects what we're assuming NOW. however, do NOT go looking for your desire. movement is always happening behind the scenes, but it’s none of your business. i understand that this inner change is jarring and weird, and you're checking for it so your human self can make sense of what's happening. break the habit of looking for signs or for results, it'll hold you back from your inner growth. your responsibility is to keep that change within you. focus within. remember, your 3d is always following what assumptions you're dwelling on. it’s done, so you might as well enjoy it and get used to it. if you do acknowledge the past, dismiss it. dismiss anything that doesn’t align with your new state. just tell yourself “the past is in the past. it’s irrelevant to me now. this is who i am now and i want to keep it that way”. whatever dominant thoughts, intrusive thoughts, or anything that contradicts the existence of your assumption do not matter. while it is possible for you to naturally think from your state, it won't happen. you don't need to be perfect, just consistent. all that matters here is you being faithful to your assumption. that's all it take to change your life. FEEL IT TO BE DONE AND WALK THROUGH LIFE KNOWING THAT!! make your imagination enjoyable by ASSUMING WHAT YOU WANT!! no one can judge you or stop you in your mind unless you allow your limitations to enter it and spread its poison. now, we're at the part you're here for:
★ HOW TO MANIFEST.
ADDRESS YOUR DESIRE: figure out what you want and what other assumptions you'd like to add to your new experience. new state = new assumptions. you can't bring any aspects of your old self into the new one. you cannot serve two masters. buy the pearl of great price by giving up the version of you you got used to.
ASSUME: decide that it's done. also, assume the end. you can manifest in steps if you want, but we both know you just want instant gratification so you can use it as "motivation" to "keep going". sure, that text seems nice, and it'd be cool if they broke up with their ex, but why settle for that when you can assume something better?
PERSIST: stick to it! persisting isn't as hard as it seems. it's just returning to that assumption every time you naturally remember it. it can be as easy as an affirmation, or a visualization that implies it's done, or just deciding it's done and move on. drill this into your head: YOU ARE NOT MAKING ANYTHING HAPPEN!!!!! THE CHANGE IS ALREADY HAPPENING!! YOU'RE JUST PERSISTING TO SUSTAIN IT!! YOU'RE PERSISTING TO ALLOW THIS CHANGE TO EXIST!! YOU'RE PERSISTING TO GET USED TO THIS CHANGE!! you're not going to consciously persist forever, babe. eventually it'll become habitual to where you see it as a normal thing in your life. you'll be okay, lol.
and then you get the natural feeling of what's a part of your life now and then your 3d will bring you your harvest as a cherry on top. never forget that you're doing this because you want to keep a change, not the physical version of your desire.
★ CONCLUSION
the law is ridiculously simple in hindsight, and i know you know that. but, you're a little scared. "what if it doesn't happen?" "what if it arrives too late?" "what if it doesn't work?" "what if i mess up and fail again?" babe, listen to me, the only way you can "fail" is if you give up on your assumption. you are the only threat that can prevent the fruition of your desire. as i stated before, your doubts, falling out of a state, intrusive thoughts, dominant thoughts DO NOT AND WILL NEVER MATTER! WHAT YOU ASSUME DOES! stop looking at your 3d for proof. you're not going to find anything yet. i know it's hard, i know it's weird, i know you're impatient and you just want the result of maintaining this state as soon as possible. YOU CAN DO IT!! I KNOW YOU CAN!! trust the law, trust YOURSELF!! you hold so much power within yourself, it's time to put it to good use. ditch the need to see instant gratification, ditch the need for external validation, ditch the need to flip flop between assumptions because the outside is seemingly the same. WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT.
this too shall pass. all things do. the only thing set in stone is your ability to assume something new. you can live without your desires, but you cannot live without change. ultimately, you just need to brave enough to assume what you want, despite what’s in front you. If you can assume against yourself, you can assume in favor of yourself. TRUST YOURSELF! DARE TO ASSUME! all you need to do is keep that change within. you got this. now get out there and give yourself the life you deserve. i'll be waiting right here to hear all about it :) good luck, and have fun!

Yes, I am talking about robotic affirmations. Just affirm and affirm what you want no matter what. Because like I said you are fed up and you have tried everything so you just need it no matter what.
So just affirm your new story. Affirm 10k or 100k it doesn't matter. Do not check the 3d. Do not ask where it is because at this moment what you're affirming for is yours.
When you feel like doubting just imagine this statement: Just affirm and not question it.
And do exactly that affirm and not question it. Don't check the 3d for confirmation, don't check the time. Just affirm and affirm.
If you're really fed up with manifestation I am hoping that you won't feel like questioning this technique as well
I'll tell you now that this isn't a technique, you aren't affirming from lack. Just for once stop questioning and start doing.
Give me your results. Now don't come after me saying I've been affirming for this many days and it's still not there because then you're not doing what I'm asking you to do. Don't second guess, don't question and don't give up. Affirm, affirm, affirm.
Take this as a last resort if you are fed up and just want it somehow and you will get what you want. This is a promise.

if ur an anxious manifestor, affirming will be ur best friend. affirm what u know to be true until it soothes you. if ur not into the law of assumption then thats fine too, affirming can still help you. affirming to urself that everything is going to be okay really helps.

REGULATING NERVOUS SYSTEM ;
so we have this thing in our bodies called the vagus nerve. it regulates ur heart rate, digestion, speaking and stimulating it helps anxiety and stress. to stimulate it you can ->
♡ hum or sing
♡ gargling
the reason behind these two points so far is that because ur using ur vocal chords it stimulates the vagus nerve (see chart above)
♡ exhale for longer than u inhale (DEEP BREATHSS)
TAKE SOME TIME OFF ;
you deserve to take a break from the world sometimes. take a day or two off of school if u can, or take a day or two off of ur work if ur able to and just get it together. do some meditation, take a nice long shower and a soothing nap. some more things to do while taking some time off/time to urself are

something that i do when i have a lot of stress is a healing journal "dump page" so i go into my healing journal and dump whatever has been on my mind, like literally everything and just get everything out of my system…💬🎀

take the shower BEFORE u take the nap. i promise it feels so good to be clean and in fresh clothes and just bury yourself under ur blankets and RESTTT…💬🎀

RELIEVE ;
relieve the tension and stress that u feel by doing things that are strenuous. like working out or something. just find ways in which to relieve the stress and tension from your days through doing something. that way it can become a habit and it can cue ur body to know when its time to relax.
Okay so yk how I said this?
"Affirming is just repeating something that's true over and over again (a.k.a: repeating a known fact). Hence why/how subliminals, rampages, etc work."
I wanted to talk a little more about that last bit!
I used to feel a little bit anxious about listening to subliminals cause for some reason I had this idea in the back of my head that I was listening to subliminals purely out of a desperate urge stemming from a feeling of lack?? But once I realized affirming is just repeating what's already true, I wanted to give myself a little analogy to compare it to (cause I love those)! Here's what I came up with:
"Listening to subliminals is like listening to a really good fucking song. You already know you like it, you already know all the lyrics, what it sounds like, you already have it in your playlist, but you can't help but keep listening to it because it just makes you feel so good!"
I feel like this describes EXACTLY how/why subliminals, rampages, saturation, etc works!! Because it feels fucking good to sit and think about how happy you are with what you've manifested. Why wouldn't you remind yourself all day or spend hours at a time thinking about it?? You listen to songs that you love on repeat for that very reason. Why should subliminals or those other things be any different.

I really love that you guys are able to trust me with advice and send me the questions you have for me but there’s only so many ways I can say the same thing.
You just need to accept that you have what you want and persist in the knowing you have what you want. It’s nothing more complicated than that.
However you get to that acceptance is your call.
But please understand this: it’s a choice. It’s a decision. You decide you have your desires? You have your desires. You either have it or you don’t have it. That’s up to you. If this doesn’t click for you there’s nothing I can say that will make it click. You just need to realise that you have all the power and that the moment you DECIDE you have your desires, you DO. THAT’S IT.
I have repeated this over and over again. There will never be anything else I have to add. Just please listen to me. Read my words over and over again if you have to.
Important reminder:
All you need is to know you have your desire in imagination. Stop looking for the 3D to validate the fact that you have it, when all validation comes from within, from imagination. The second you start looking at the 3D for evidence of the fact you have it, you’re telling yourself that you don’t have it. Just enter imagination. You know by this point that imagination is reality. So the second you imagine having it, YOU DO. Just stand firm in the knowing you have your desires in imagination.
Yes the 3D will change. But in order for that to happen you need to change yourself from within. Remember the 3D is merely a mirror. When you look in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, you don’t change the mirror, you change yourself. The mirror reflects YOU. Who you are being is who you see in the mirror. So be the person who has what they want.
This is literally all the information you need. So lock in and stop coming up with excuses to not apply. Just decide you have what you want and stand firm in that decision regardless of anything.
