WHO'S THAT??? IT'S THE UNKNOWN!!!
as a society i don’t think we talk enough about how fucking funny bride of reanimator really is. the main antagonist of the movie is the decapitated head of the bad guy from the first movie but with a pair of bat wings sewn onto him. herbert tries to bribe dan into frankenstein activities by offering him his dead girlfriend’s heart and it WORKS. herbert then gets so mad that dan’s having sex with a woman that he decides to stick a random arm and leg together and bring it to life to distract himself. it immediately strangles him. that fisheye lens shot of herbert when he’s calling hill’s head a “no-body”. francesca’s dog getting a human arm put on it which is clearly just a guy holding up his hand behind a regular dog. herbert is regularly lurking in the walls. simply the line “my god, they’re using tools!” the movie starts with herbert and dan at war in PERU??? the last movie ended in massachusetts. there’s a specific “goop wrangler” listed in the credits. peak cinema i dare say.
It does feel bad sometimes. But tbh I don't even know my own eye color, they look like they have all the colors but with low saturation. And other people sometimes too have it kind of hard to decipher
My entire childhood I didn't understand why do people put eye color in the description of other people, or as one of the main attributes of a missing person. Because I thought "Who even notices this? Eyes are too tiny to be paid that much attention to." Fast forward some years later I find out people DO just casually look into everybody's eyes long enough to notice and remember this detail and I'm the autistic odd one who is distracted by the moving mouth. Still funny to think about.

As we celebrate 106 years since the formation of Czechoslovakia today, one of the most important moments in our history, I want to say how much I appreciate how much we are still close, even after 3 decades of having separate countries.
I love how we refer to each other as brothers.
I love that we are the first countries for every new president and the last country for every leaving president to visit.
I love that whenever there is any disaster, we are always among the first countries to offer each other help.
I love how many events, competitions, etc. we hold together.
I love how much cultural space we share.
I love how often I still hear people from both countries say how we never should have separated when meeting people from the other country, even to strangers.
I admit that I used to take so much of this for granted and it's only in recent years that I realized that this is sadly not a usual way to get along after countries separate, especially after seeing how some countries (russia) treat their neighbors, or learning more about how tragic some separations were, like with former Yugoslavia for example. This just makes me appreciate so much more how we managed to separate in a completely civil way and keep our relations so strong.
May it always be so!
Veritas vincit! And happy anniversary to us all!
Didn't you retweet incest porn on 9/11?
we all mourn in different ways
“do you want to talk about it?”
no, i want to kill myself because of it.
Almost as if pregnancy is a temporary state... that the person chose to be in... unlike an actual disability... almost as if some people have phobia of pregnancy... wow.
