moment in love
| 12 may 2025 |
I've taken a little break after finals to chill. I'm going to my aunt's later this week, she lives near the beach!!
also I'm moving apartments at the end of this month which is exciting but also stressful since I can no longer nag my brothers to help me move (they have full time jobs in different states now 😔💔). I don't have classes this summer, just research but I may try to prepare myself for quantum II and numerical analysis,,, also yes this is in fact another picture from my trip to the chicago botanical garden 😃 (I have too many haha)

you have to fall in love with the process. that's literally what life is! learning! growing! you will waste your whole existence if you continue to drag yourself to this non-existent finish line. the only real finish line is the end of life. that's not to say to stop having goals, but to not let them be the be all and end all. you are so much more than that!

life has been very crazy and so not productive these past couple of weeks. i hit an all time high for burnout this year so I took some time off work *intending* to be productive and do school but I just ended up resting and reading most of the time with some school mixed in.
i've also started a new non-fiction book, adopted a cat, and started tae kwon do classes again. i used to do it when i was younger and got my first degree black belt when i was 14 :) it's somewhat healing my inner child but anything to get out of the house these days.
