I've bad period cramps today... couldn't go to uni... I gotta be honest here... not everyday will be 10/10... we will have these days and its ok. accepting a not so productive day when ur body is barely surviving is more than ok! sending love and warmth to all my perfectionist girlies out there!

Trying a new setup! Actually I’ve been trying to build a setup that I liked for the past few months and I think I’m finally getting somewhere! I brought my hourglass from home and it’s already making it feel a bit more like ‘me’
I’ve been taking a bit of a social media break in an effort to break my phone addiction and it’s worked a little bit. Slow progress is still progress. Today I decided to do some self care and dilly dally at the bookstore and work on some writing I’ve been doing in my free time to reset my brain. Definitely helping. 📖💻
Happy pride month 🏳️🌈
Hi! I’m V (pronouns: she/they). I’m a network engineering and security major, expecting to graduate with my bachelor's in 2026. I also work full time as an IT consultant for my day job. I currently go to school online. I would love to connect with more friends in the IT/cybersecurity/comp sci space.

Today went a little bit better than it has been lately. I managed to lock in over the weekend and finish quite a bit of problem sets for discrete math. Final exam this week 🤌

last weeks of spring semester: energy drinks, coffee on top of that, two hours of sleep, doing a whole semester's worth of work in one night, two exams in one morning, sunny afternoons, chilly mornings and evenings, counting the days until the summer break
hi, a lot of you need a perspective reset
the average human lifespan globally is 70+ years
taking the threshold of adulthood as 18, you are likely to spend at least 52 years as a fully grown adult
at the age of 30 you have lived less than one quarter of your adult life (12/52 years)
'middle age' is typically considered to be between 45-65
it is extremely common to switch careers, start new relationships, emigrate, go to college for the first or second time, or make other life-changing decisions in middle age
it's wild that I even have to spell it out, but older adults (60+) still have social lives and hobbies and interests.
you can still date when you get old. you can still fuck. you can still learn new skills, be fashionable, be competitive. you can still gossip, you can still travel, you can still read. you can still transition. you can still come out.
young doesn't mean peaked. you're inexperienced in your 20s! you're still learning and practicing! you're developing social skills and muscle memory that will last decades!
there are a million things to do in the world, and they don't vanish overnight because an imaginary number gets too big
