people say folks with adhd struggle with "delayed rewards" aka long term goals and as such we tend to focus more on short term rewards. what they don't talk about is that at when we Do accomplish long term goals we don't actually feel anything proportionate to the amount of work we did to achieve it. In my head I suffered for a while and then money spontaneously appeared in my bank account.
GET A LIFE not in a mean way but get a life, make new friends, try new hobbies, go on a walk, call your loved ones, get a pet, eat a fulfill meal, write a song, watch a movie, workout, read a book, try knitting, try new dishes
Literally do anything, there's so many options available, any one of them are good
JUST. GET. A. LIFE

They look relaxed and comfortable!!!! The atmosphere is so soft and delicate!! AND NO ABS
Even if they are skinny with well-built bodies, they arent posing to show off said bodies, not necessarily! And that is SO IMPORTANT!!
Theyre clearly aimimg to acheive a vibe, and they are doing it very well!! The glitter on their skin!!! The stylists definitely love the work the've done!!!!
I dont follow along with txt, but their discography is one of the best in kpop and their concepts are always satisfying. I could write an essay on how glad i am we have these men. Thank you, txt!!!!!!
