I have no idea why people forgot about Catholicism's collective cover-up of CSA within the church and how nothing was done about it. I have no idea why people think Catholicism is anything other than the institution that sat comfortably by when fascism emerged in Italy.

It just hit me that women don't like choices.

Having choices means you make choices; Making choices means you take responsibility for that choice. Women don't want choices--so they shrug (or sigh in relief) when moids take it away.

“Not every person has the right to be a parent” is a sentiment I feel is widely accepted in leftist circles, referring largely to abusive households. But this doesn’t get taken to condemn surrogacy and egg-donating industries. Like Jesus Christ why do most leftists not care about this flavor of stuff when it financially exploits women, and subjects them to unnecessary harm? All just because it means infertile women and homosexual couples can have a different way to have children to raise? What happened to “having children isn’t a guaranteed right” Of course I know it’s because of misogyny, but good grief.

The thing about people is that they believe what they want to believe, or what’s most convenient for them to believe at the moment. There is very little use in trying to convince someone that they are wrong about something. The best teacher is experience. One of the most difficult lessons you can learn is how to step back and let other people take a fall even if you know that the path they’re on will cause it. It’s a lonely life, watching other people walk themselves into pain and suffering. But there’s not much else to do on this planet. Only thing to do is make yourself as comfortable as you can in this game, if you opt to stay in.

When I write about how much I love asexuality and celibacy, I always feel like I need to add a qualifier of "and there's nothing wrong with healthy sexual relations," etc. I'm not doing that anymore.

The entire world is obsessed with the carnal and cheers you on to objectify yourself and others in every way imaginable, 24/7, 365. If you want validation to do that, look in almost any direction at any time, because you'll most certainly find it from our very sick society. But you're not going to find it here.
