When a negative thought pattern or anxiety comes back, it is important to recognize. Basically, even if you can’t get rid of the feeling, that’s ok. Just try and tell yourself that it is a destructive feeling and then do something to take care of yourself. Take a shower, think about life, pet a dog, watch Netflix, anything that calms you and takes your mind off it.
Let the feeling exist, try to recognize that it is wrong, and then give yourself some love.
