Itโs immature to keep hating on yourself or others. Like whatโs the point? Itโs just making u miserable
Always give kindness and love.
Itโs the small choices and actions you take everyday that make huge differences
Try to get into the flow state more
Get a diary and write all ur girly nonsense in it
Stop wondering if youโre good enough for others and start wondering if theyโre good enough for you
You shouldnโt assume someone doesnโt like you unless theyโve directly told you.
Learn to observe and not absorb
Remember you donโt need to accomplish something in one sitting- whether itโs learning the guitar, crocheting, let yourself take time.
Even if you think ur life is boring and thereโs nothing exciting abt it: would u rather mope and sulk or get unreasonably happy about the small mini things?
Life is 20% what happens to you and 80% how you react to it.
Be your own best friend! Push yourself on, cheer for yourself, be there when you cry.
Consciousness if everything.
You may be more inclined to reach your goals if you know someone else is depending on them.
If you donโt want to dwell on things, have things that get ur mind of it. Be busy.

go on a walk
read
clean your room
write a story
paint
bake
scrapbooking
make a bracelet

host a game night with friends or family!

What To Do With A โWastedโ Day ๐ค๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ง
So youโve worked really hard and now itโs your one day off when you said you would be productive but instead youโve been in bed all day and itโs already past noon. Donโt worry you are not a failure or lazy you are most likely burnt out and need a break. Here is how to be gentle on yourself while still getting a few things done.
First things first get out of bed.
Best to plant your feet on the ground and allow yourself to breathe and ground yourself.
I have also done where Iโve tossed my phone to the other side of the room so I have to get up to get it (make sure you trust your phone case first though)
Start laundry
I always like to start with my bedding so that I canโt get back into bed. Also because getting into a clean bed at the end of the night is the best reward.
You donโt have to do anymore laundry if you donโt want but it is an easy chore that doesnโt require you to focus on it for a while.
Get out of the house!!!!
Put on some lounge wear and your hair up and get out of your house.
Go get coffee or pick up lunch.
It also helps to go for a walk or pick up groceries for dinner later.
Do 3 things
Pick three tasks that will take less than an hour in total.
These donโt have to be big tasks just any task that will make you feel more accomplished.
Normally I say pick the hardest thing to do first but in times like these I recommend doing the easiest for that quick source of dopamine so you donโt get discouraged . Trying to do the biggest thing first might make you procrastinate more.
Reset for tomorrow
Ask yourself a simple question โhow can I be kindest to my future self?โ
This can be as simple as gathering your bag for tomorrow or meal prepping a breakfast for yourself.
Or if you are feeling really motivated you can clean your space and do another task from your to doโs
Go to bed
Eat a nice dinner, take a shower, put on a comfort show and enjoy your night!
Remember to go easy on yourself and allow yourself to rest at time. Society and hustle culture will always make you feel like you arenโt doing enough but rest and relaxation is productive.
